absolute disaster. Youll be very lucky if you get a prescription filled within a week of requesting it. Wait lines in store and drive through are consistently an hour long. They appear to be understaffed and have zero plans to change this any time soon.

3 Aug 22 - my doctor called in my prescription to this Walgreens at my request because it was closer to where I live than the Air Force Academy. My appointment was at 11:00 am so after my appointment we decided to go home because we knew the prescription would take a while for them to get it processed. Decided to go back in the afternoon around 2:00 pm and it still was not ready and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes so we decided to sit there and wait for it. They are so disorganized at that Walgreens because when I got home I got a text from the Walgreens saying my prescription was ready when I had been in their Walgreens the whole time. It was busy in there and the only employee I saw working was the girl behind their only window that was open and the pharmacist in a white coat processing the orders. Two other guys were laughing and carrying on like they had nothing to do while people were standing in line waiting. Cannot believe they only had one window open when they had other employees who were there laughing and joking around. I am really leery about going back to that Walgreens. The other Walgreens on Research is worse, sure would never recommend those Walgreens unless their service improves.

We just moved here a few weeks ago from out of state and had our prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy. I have had bad luck with every prescription so far. I submit refills on the app and they get stuck "in progress" far beyond the estimated completion time. I've gone in and they inform me it hasn't been filled and have to wait. I'm not sure how it's in progress if no one is actually working on it. Dropped off a new prescription that was supposed to be ready the following day. Same thing. Stuck in "in progress" limbo. Also have a very common prescription that simply requires pulling a box and putting a label on it. No pills to be counted or liquid to be reconstituted or measured. Estimate was 3 days! Looking into other pharmacy options now.

This is a review for the Walgreens pharmacy. Just don't use this pharmacy. They never actually fill prescriptions on time. I have scheduled prescriptions to be refilled through all the different mechanisms that they provide. But they're never actually filled on time. The last time I had a prescription filled I used their app to refill it, scheduled it four days in advance and they still didn't have the prescription filled. I'm done with this pharmacy and you should be too.

I was an out of Towner, having to go the ER and then pick up an RX from the closest pharmacy, which was Walgreens. The young girl working at the register was robotic and never smiled. My RX wasn't 'called in' yet she said...so I drove back to the ER and asked them if they had called it in. They assured me they had and proceeded to tell me that that particular Walgreens was slow on checking their phone messages. Ok. So I started to drive back...and received a text message from them that my insurance was not available for my RX. What?? I thought you didn't have my order Walgreens?!! Got there, same robotic greeting, with the other non-smiling Employee helping me this time. Come on Walgreens. You're old enough to know how to treat your Customers with compassion and a friendly smile.

I went to go pick up medication they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and that they will call my name so I waited. 20 minutes later I asked again they said in a few minutes. 20 minutes later I asked if it was ready they said it's been ready for the while now and they asked me to go back in line to get it I didn't and they rung me up there. Horrible service wasted my time if I could give 0 stars I would.

This place is in rough shape. I don't know if it's staffing or management but is bad. The lines are out of control. Also they have butchered at least two recent photo orders. One was a bridal shower invitations that kind of left us hanging.

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently moved to Briargate and had my prescriptions transferred. The staff in the pharmacy are so rude and disrespectful. They need to go through customer service training. I'm so disappointed.

Walgreens Pharmacy is full of God complex power tripping pill bottle fillers who think they are the DEA. I was given a very hard time when trying to pick up my wife's prescription. I had her with me when we dropped off the prescription and they could see she was in obvious pain having just left the emergency room so I took her home and returned 1/2 hour later and had to pitch a fit to get them to give me her prescription, which they ended up doing. This proves there never really should have been a problem with me picking up her prescription.

Stupid cashier interrupted me several times to "order" me to put on my mask as I was trying to ask a question. This store takes no returns/exchanges from other stores with a receipt unlike other Walgreen stores. I can go to any other Walgreens other than this one. :(

Sat, June 27th, at 4:00 pm I had a horrible customer service experience in Pharmacy, by the main pharmacist. Long story short, I waited about 15 minutes total just to ask about an over the counter antacid because I can't buy Zantac anymore which was the best for my stomach issues. She was not helping anyone when I stepped up to the counter but while I stood there she proceeded to do everything else and even to make a phone call to initiate another customer. She knew I was there but asked me to step back as to not invade her privacy. Her entire attitude was that she was annoyed with me and her service was cold lacking any friendliness. I left upset and discouraged by Walgreens pharmacy section. And, I will not be returning.

I know times are tough with CoVid and everything but I'm waiting on hold right now to find out if my prescription is ready. I've been on hold for 38 minutes so far. Even if you're understaffed, simply answer the call and offer to call back... or give the customer some indication about the wait. This is ridiculous. I hate giving negative reviews but some phone tree/policy changes need to be made if wait times are this bad. I don't want to risk hanging up and calling back for fear of being put at the back of the queue. And I don't want to drive over only to find out my prescription isn't ready yet.
