I've been standing here for over 30 minutes to buy some pseudophed. One person in front of me when I arrived and one at the window. Absurd. 3 people working behind the counter. I don't normally go to this Walgreens and will not return.

Made an appointment online to get a flu shot and they tell me and others that they have run out of them for the day. Why make an appointment if you aren't going to have enough to cover the appointments?

There is a cashier who consistently walks through and works at the store without a mask. Since this is a drugstore where people who are sick go for medication, this is extremely poor management. Go somewhere else if you expect common decency...or even expect your pharmacy to at the very least follow the law.

Pretty typical for the average Walgreens. We came here because we had a coupon for 10 free 4x6 photos at the photo shop. When we walked in, it was the typical Walgreens store layout. We went over to the photo center and sat down to use the photo computer. Not once did the employee behind the photo counter greet us or ask if we needed any assistance. Sad the direction services are going in some places anymore. We put the photos we needed into the computer and ordered them. We then received notice it would take 45 mins to complete the photos, so you are better off just uploading them to the Walgreens app and ordering them remotely as we had to make a second trip to the store to pick up. The worst part about it was once we left the store, we received a notification that out photos were done. Seems like something the person behind the counter could have told us since it wasn't going to take long to print them. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed in the service and I felt like my time was wasted because of a lack of communication from the staff.

I get all my prescriptions filled here because I've never had any issues with their pharmacy or their GM employees. They are always well stocked and have a nice spread of niche beauty and health products. The parking lot entrance/drive-in entrance on the Flintridge Dr side could stand to be redone so I don't bottom out my car on it, but other than that, I love this Walgreens location.

I live down the street and I am literally in this store 5 times a week or more. I have never had a bad experience. Sure some employees are friendlier than others, but that's life. Somedays, I'm friendlier on some days than other days. Ron is the coolest and funniest employee there. I look forward to seeing him every time I go in. My only complaint is that they don't carry pork rinds. That's the only snack chip I can eat and its the only one they don't carry. Maybe I need to look harder. Once I find pork rinds, I'll add a star. Over all, this is a clean store that usually has any small/last minute items I may need at the house. Thanks Guys. See ya soon, Ron.
