“I’ve been going here for at least 3 years now. Communication is always clear and simple via text, email or calls. Staff is extremely friendly and prompt in following up. I never have to call to get status. No back and forth phone tag. DETAILED diagnostic results are sent via emails as they are completed. The Christian Brothers website makes setting appointments super easy. Drop off takes 5 mins max as they read my online notes! Seriously working with this location is so so so so simple. The entire experience each time continues to prove my trust in them.”

It took a couple trips to the shop and calls to BF Goodrich to understand, but in the end the store manager, Brandon (hope I remembered that right) put some time into making some calls and emails and eventually found me the best deal and credits that I could get. “Visiting from Western Colorado, we picked up a screw in one of our tires. I was happy that there was a tire shop near our hotel, especially since it was snowing and temps were nearing 0 degrees. Chris was able get me in and out in less than an hour. “I always come here and love them but today Lina helped me with just an air check and she fixed my tire sensors that were registering wrong, updated my info in the system and let me know I need at least 2 tires and to replace my sensors and prepared me for the cost associated with that. She is amazing. Give her a raise and keep her! Please!”
