“This place is amazing!! They provide wonderful customer service, so welcoming! My husband and I brought our 28 " rims and he fixed them for a very good price and did such an amazing job! The rims looks BRAND NEW. Another place we had do these same rims before charged a ridiculous price, and didn't even do half the job C&P Hubcap and Wheel did. “I made an appointment for AWD alignment. When I got there I was initially told to come back the next day, but because I had an appointment they serviced me. I never got the name of the men, but they were cordial enough for mechanics. I would say it's trustworthy for a single female, but bring a male.”

“Travis took great care of me and my 2017 powerstroke. He actually ended up saving me money! I had called another local diesel shop and they told me I would need a new turbo since I was having my exhaust manifold done. Called Travis and he advised against that and said to just do the seals. I decided to have a disaster prevention kit installed since they were going to be in there. Once again Travis was honest and took care of me and my truck. The other shop wanted to charge the same labor prices as if they weren't already in there.

Travis was attentive, responsive, and I feel like I can take my truck there and not be taken advantage of. That's a hard thing to find in a shop and Travis now has a customer for life. Thanks Travis and Nate for being one of the only shops that doesn't take advantage of their customers and for getting my truck back up and running smoothly.”

I dropped my tire off in the morning. The text said it was fixed, but 7 hours later, when I came back, it wasn't. They figured it out, and another employee was sent to get me a new tire from another store.

“Today three Les Schwab employees changed my life and have made me a customer for life.

I have been homeless and on the road because I had to leave my home when I learned that my stepfather had been physically, emotionally, and psychologically abusive to my mother as she declined from Alzheimer’s. I left everything in storage and my six month old kitten, the only thing keeping me hanging on. And this, new departure on the road follows a 35,000 mile intentional roadtrip that lasted 11 months. I thought I had a home finally but I was wrong.

I came into Les Schwab today with next to nothing. I was greeted by a gentleman that walked outside into the parking lot to greet me and inquire about my need. I apologize but I do not remember his name. I was shocked by this gesture. I don’t believe I’ve experienced that level of customer service at the outset, ever. He made me feel so welcome and like I was a legit customer and not some number like most bigger places of business I have been to.

I didn’t balk at the $20 cost outwardly but inside I was anxious. I had no choice though. I couldn’t wake up with a flat tire. Ironically I had left my air compressor back at my stepfathers house, the one with me for the 35,000 mile trip.

Inside Kaleb, I believe it is with a K but it may be a C. met me. What tremendous energy. He gave me a very reasonable quote for a new set of tires after telling me my front two were really bad. I’ve been off road a lot dispersed camping so they get pretty beat up. I told him I was broke and asked him how much to fix the tire issue. He was jovial and I seemed to really be concerned about my situation. He told me the same price and said he could work with me.

Later a woman named Mylani came in and told me that they were able to patch the hole and that there wasn’t anything stuck in the tire. I went to reach for my wallet and she said it’s okay, we got you. All three said goodbye and I felt such a rush of love.

I am in the parking lot in my car crying right now because the help, the empathy, the compassion, the kindness, and the love I received today from my fellow human beings is another beautiful reminder of how you can find love anywhere in this world. If we could all be like these three wonderful people, we can change the world. When given a chance, spread love and kindness, person by person, moment by moment, and we will truly see the type of world we all really want in our hearts.
