The products are great!! Checked out and the cashier didn't even ask or offer a bag. I know customer service is lacking in some stores... But this shouldn't be one of them. ?

I give a ONE star to Sara at the counter who "ignored me". I'm giving her co-worker "FIVE" stars, (long blonde hair, nice smile, shorter lady) who asked Sara,... "Did you hear what she (me) was looking for"? Sara replied "No, I didn't, I'm very good at ignoring people". The boldness to make a statement such as that with your OUTSIDE voice, working in whats suppose to be a "Customer oriented" atmosphere is so unprofessional, it blew my mind! Which is why I left without purchasing anything.

We had an amazing experience here because of the store manager, Cheri.We've been in several times looking at a set of All-Clad pots and pans. It's a big purchase, so we had many questions each time we've been in. Cheri has been patient and answered them all.She's brought out pieces that weren't originally on the floor to show us. She's knowledgeable, and remembers us every time we come in.She's excellent at customer service, and makes you feel welcomed.Thank you, Cheri!

Told shipping could not be refunded on defective item I ordered online but returned to store by manager Melissa. She didn't mark the item as defective in computer so she could but it back on shelf. Make sure to thoroughly check items purchased at this store. She explained that when she returns something she doesn't expect a refund on shipping, disregarding the fact that the item was defective. This is inexcusable for a big corporation.

I like this store, generally. My problem is I was recently in and the cashier asked if I wanted to donate to St. Jude's. I said no, not today. Somehow, some way, she added a $50 donation to my purchase. I noticed and asked her to please remove it and she got a little short with me. Maybe it was an accident? I don't know, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

I bought some gifts online and when i looked at my cc bill the charge was $99 more than the items i purchased???!!! So when i looked into it i realized that they charged me for some membership?!?! So i called customer service to tell them that i did not purchase this membership charge nor did i want it!!! They would not take it off of my cc….they were very rude and difficult ….not customer centric at all!!! Especially after laying off all of their holiday help early!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
