After my 7th conversation with Xfinity about a $100 credit in regards to a in home service that I did not get service I still have not received a credit. This has been a near 2 month battle with Xfinity. I am done. I pay $138 a month for cable and internet and another $70 a month for cellular totaling $208/month. I will now be going to the Xfinity store to cancel all services and will be moving all of my services to centurylink. Xfinity is full of liars and thieves

I need help I’m coming to the store tomorrowWe have been great customer for years and the past 5 days I have proof I have been on the phone with them that’s not even in the US so they don’t understand anything for about 11 hoursThey lied to us over and over and then turned our cable off before I wanted it transferred and now our box is broken all after us going Thur medical a death and now moving .Why do they tell you things that are untrue and cause you to make plans and pay money and then they don’t even work .I’m more than upset over all this and there is no one you can call and tell what’s happening and really get help !!!!Anyway we have WiFi back now no cable stillSo only choice is to go to that office in the morning and pray they know enough to fix this big mess all these so called employees did

I went into this location today trying to return security cameras that I couldn’t use. When I signed up for the security cameras with the gentleman over the phone, I could have misheard or misunderstood that I was buying them. When I received the product in the mail, they weren’t compatible with my home. (The install would’ve had to have an electrician and a cable fished over 100 ft to my modem; none of which was discussed when inquiring and eventually ordering the cameras).After failed attempts talking to someone via phone I made an appointment at this location. It’s important to note that I have pretty well always loved Xfinity/Comcast and think they have done an excellent job improving their customer service over the years. I myself have been in customer service all of my working years and am the owner of two business therefore feel I have a grasp of what good customer service looks like. The two gentleman working today were very polite; pillars of customer service. The woman however was not. She was immediately combative and you could tell was starting her day looking for a fight. Before she finishing with the customer ahead of me she asked if I was returning equipment, I replied yes and told her I had cameras to return. Without pulling up my account or asking ANY questions (still half helping the other gentleman and helping me at the same time) or inquiring about my situation she flat out told me they don’t take my equipment. When I state that I would like to tell her my story because I have been trying to figure out how to return the cameras she flat out says, we won’t take them. She then instructs me to try to get on the app chat as say I’m cancelling my service to get to someone who can maybe help. If I this woman was working for me she wouldn’t have a job any longer. Customer service is a list art and people shouldn’t be put in the position just because they need a job if they’re not qualified.I have now spoke with retention and they gladly removed the cameras and told me to drop the off at a location with no questions asked.I spent 5 hours and a lot of missed work trying to do something that took 1 rep less than 15 minutes to complete.The girl working today need some serious coaching on what customer care is and possibly a job where customers aren’t involved.

I went in, hoping to find a good deal or some information about the Internet service and I got such a good deal on such great service well explained all the ins and outs. Every little contract quirk was explained so that I never lost my exact price I was quoted, or at least in the ballpark. Sales person Canyon, Great customer service.

This has to be the worst customer service experience ever and they wonder why the customers are leaving by the boat load. I have been to this store twice today and it’s so packed waiting over an hour. The first time they didn’t even put anyone on a list to be called. Then the boss stuck his head out the back door seen how many people were waiting with one guy working and was like ok good night. What type of leadership is that hell what type of customer service is that! I don’t even care y’all will never get another penny from me and i hope your employees find a better job with better leadership!!!!

Brandon is simply amazing. We had an issue with switching out modems after a move and a billing mishap and he solved both problems SO FAST, we were literally in and out in less than 10 minutes. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, just all around perfect customer service. We wish him nothing but good things!

Xfinity in Colorado Springs is the best, they hooked us up with super fast internet speeds and ported our numbers from AT&T. My husband and I are very happy with their service and we highly recommend switching over all communication services. Sour out to Alex for always going above and beyond.

We were a few days ago, Alex took care of us very well, it was very pleasant, not knowing the Spanish language well, he communicated and helped us a lot, we were well answered and satisfied with his good work, 100% recommended.

if I could give negative stars I would.. the lady was not helpful at all, borderline rude. my service has been not so good, dropped calls, no service and just overall trash! I asked if she could do anything about it and she said she could not.. I already had the sim changed and that didn't work. she didn't try anything else to help... been paying alot of money each month for nothing.. do not recommend going here or using this service...

Their service is constantly down. It has had at least 1 issue a month in the past 4 months. Today, it has been down twice. Trying to get somebody on the phone instead of their horrible automation. Avoid xfinity in this area!!! Today it hurt my computer because it went down during an update. The customer service kept just giving the same scripted answer "we have a technician coming to work on." Yea okay I heard you when you gave me this irrelevant answer after confront you guys for going down on an almost regular basis and now the damage it did to my computer. Xfinity has completely useless customer service and horrible internet service. What a waste of money

They didn’t ask if the old phone was backed up before shutting it off and connecting the new one. They didn’t make sure the new phone was working before telling us to move aside so they could “help” the next person in line. Yea the next person was told they couldn’t help them either. When asked about apple products or how to successfully transfer a service over to a new phone they had no clue. All they cared about was that the store was closing in 30 minutes.

Customer service is terrible, reliability of product does not exist. Service down now for 3 days. Call there number all you get is recording, no live people. Was given probably 6 or more times service would be restored, when time elapsed they say ASAP. When recording done goodbye. All they want is your money.
