Tyrone Byrd State Farm not only lowered our rates but took the time to go over our policy and show us how we did NOT have enough insurance medically if we were in a car accident and simply did not have enough coverage period for all our vehicles. I like the one on one you get with State Farm that you don’t get with other insurance companies. The Staff in this office is very professional and pleasant to talk to.

“I give five stars for their in person and phone customer service staff are very friendly. Fred Loya Auto Ins's price is better than any I've found, that's why I've had their auto ins, 9 yrs. Have not needed to file a claim, so I can't comment on Claims Dept. They get docked a star for their auto-pay schedule policy. Auto-pay: Set up for month to month insurance for payment taken from my bank account. That's fine, but it's a _30_ day, not a monthly policy, so my auto-payment is taken out a day earlier nearly each month.”
