“My family enjoyed Colorado for a week vacation from Minnesota but broke down and was stranded at the very beginning of our long trip home. The vehicle wasn't drivable but Auto Tek LLC took the vehicle in quickly and went out of their way to fix a major repair in a matter of hours. I needed a new fuel tank and they swapped it out that afternoon while carefully preserving the leftover fuel.
This was a Friday afternoon and most shops would have rightfully told me I was out of luck until Monday.
Not only did they fix the issue in record speed, they were welcoming, honest, and at a cost less than half then what I was expecting. They could have charged me a lot more to get me back on the road so quickly, but they didn't.
I'll always be appreciative of the crew that day that helped an out-of-town stranger in need and would recommend them to anyone.”

Derrick very thoroughly explained to me the process of my repair.
I received my car back earlier than first promise.
Not only did they replace my catalytic converter, they fixed my side mirror as well.
Ida was very helpful.
She made sure that I had everything that I needed.
She even coordinated with my insurance to help me with receiving my rental
It was really nice to experience that type of customer service
