I needed assistance on memorial day, and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Why are we paying for insurance if we can't even use it outside of there business hours. My one year old and I ended up stranded on the high way for 4 hours.

Very business like, not very friendly and a sterile environment. I go their because their rates are reasonable.

They dont seem to send ny insurance card and my bill in the mail and treat me like its my fault REALLY
