“Been coming here before sunrise for the last two months and the consistency has helped my mood a lot. Early morning crowd is serious but quiet, which I enjoy. Trainers greet people without forcing conversation. One shower wasn’t working last week, but maintenance handled it pretty quickly.”
“It’s small and lacks a few necessary things. I understand it’s a small gym open 24/7 for those who really need it but perhaps a bench press would be nice and remove a couple of the bike machines or other lesser used equipment would be nice. Either way it’s always really clean and great for what it is, a very small gym open 24/7”
