About Mirage Recovery Services
Mirage Recovery Services is known for its professional and friendly staff who provide exceptional service to customers. Reviews highlight the team’s courteousness and helpfulness, particularly during stressful situations, such as retrieving towed vehicles. Customers appreciate the calm and patient demeanor of drivers, like Evan and Shawn, who go above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. Many have commented on the quick response times and efficient service, often completing tasks in under 30 minutes.
While the recovery technicians receive high praise, some customers have noted that the dispatcher’s attitude could be improved, describing experiences with a less-than-friendly demeanor over the phone. However, the overall impression of Mirage Recovery Services is positive, with many recommending the company for towing needs. The blend of kindness from staff and the professionalism of the recovery drivers contributes to a reassuring environment for clients during challenging times. In summary, Mirage Recovery Services stands out for its excellent service, though there is room for improvement in customer interaction at the dispatch level.

I blew a tire on I-76 near the Ft Collins exit during rush hour and Sean (Shawn?) Sanchez from Mirage Recovery pulled over and very graciously offered to pull the tire and put the spare on for me. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I greatly appreciate his kindness and professionalism, that is hard to find these days!
