“Enterprise Truck Rental in Commerce City, CO is top notch. I made a scheduling error in a car rental at the Denver Airport that caused me to be without a care (100% my fault) and the airport was sold out. I checked this Enterprise location and they had pickup trucks available for personal use. The Assistant Branch Manager, Parker, was fantastic to work with onsite. He was the only one holding down the fort on a Saturday morning when I got there and he had the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. This man was RUNNING to grab keys, pull up vehicles , help customers, etc. as a lot of last minute bookings came in and he was solo for the day. But he still made sure to give each customer a great experience and ensure they were going to have a safe, reliable vehicle. Appreciate the assistance I got here! Would recommend to anyone looking for a truck/vehicle.”

The team helped him hook everything up, explained how to strap down the tires, helped guide his car on, and in general were absolutely amazing.
