The pharmacy line can be long depending on the time of day, with waits sometimes reaching 25-30 minutes on the worst days, though often there is no line at all. The drive-thru may experience longer waits. While the staff is highly appreciated, the store's app receives criticism for sending notifications that prescriptions are ready when they are not. Customers are encouraged to be patient and understanding with the hardworking team.
Chick at the front counter was mean mugging me the entire time being while I was being checked out, dropped half my change on the ground behind the counter and didn’t pick it up, then proceeded to rudely drop all my change into my hands and walked away from me before i could say anything or get the rest of my change.

In the past I have not had much happiness using the pharmacy with having delays with RX meds not being filled in a normal amount of time. I stopped using the pharmacy and went with the VA pharmacy

Pharmacy is always busy. Always bugging me with phone calls. Some drugs not fully stocked. Shot provider seemed unprepared.
