The pharmacy staff does not come back from lunch at the posted time. They should be open for business for the hours they have posted. Why don’t managers care about this? Don’t bother calling the phone number - the person who answers isn’t onsite and has no more information than you.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Tried charging me twice even though I already paid online with the express pay service. That of course doesn't show up when you go to pick up the prescription and the staff are unable to show you how to pull up the QR code to pay in the app (didn't know i had to show one and never got an email with the QR). They just stare at you. Also, the window is never open outside even though there's about 5 of them doing nothing! Definitely changing pharmacies!!!!

Advertises online they take passport photos. When I went in to ask I was told they normally do but they don’t have a camera. Then I inquired if they were waiting for repairs or getting a new one and got an awkward pause with a “no”

people keep saying be patient and stuff with the pharmacy but damn they are so rude and completely unorganized. i do not recommend getting your prescriptions here … i finally just switched mine all over to a different wallgreens ??

The pharmacy is a complete mess. You have to wait in the phone for 30-60 minutes just to talk to someone and the lines are always insane. There’s too many patients and not enough staff. Not to mention the hours always change and you cannot rely on going there after 5pm because they randomly decide to close at 5pm some days.

I'd like to give a huge shout out to the staff of this store for coming in everyday knowing that they have to survive the onslaught of impossible demands made by rude and insufferable customers. Everyone that has posted a negative review on here should take a step back and maybe try being more understanding and compassionate instead of being irate and intolerable. Maybe people wouldn't be in a bad mood if you tried being nice from the start. I personally give it up to the staff because I wouldn't put up with the customer's this store deals with.

I have never waited less than 20 minutes (usually more) to get my prescriptions. The only saving grace is that the pharmacist are nice.If I had the option for a different pharmacy close to home, I would go there immediately.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. You wait over an hour on the phone and they hang up. You come in person and they give you attitude when you ask any questions about your prescriptions. When you CHOOSE to work in a place where people come because they need medication and don’t feel good or depend on medicine, you don’t treat them like garbage. They don’t open their drive through most of the time, and keep the closed sign up. Why run a business if you clearly don’t like your customers. Atrocious!

I can see why this place has such a low rating. This is the closest Walgreens to me & I will not be returning. I paid $60 bucks for 6 small items and the cashier with the red hair that works on Sundays needs to be trained all over again. She didn’t say a word when I came up to her, she scanned my items and didn’t even tell me the total. When I gave her the cash she stared at it for so long I thought something was wrong. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to.

If there was a negative stars option they would be negative 5 rating. My moms medication was sent to this pharmacy and it has been 2 weeks now and they keep deleting the RX. It has been the worst experience ever to get a medication. They temporarily closed for a few days which is very unprofessional and I am sure there is a huge problem that we are not aware of. I called today again and still same issue and my mom til today m does not have her meds. She needs her meds everyday and this pharmacy has failed to do what they are supposed to do.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Waited in line at the drive-thru for over 10 minutes as the first person in line, had no notification that my daughter's prescription needed additional information and they did not have a lifesaving medication in stock. They need to do a much better job training their staff to know how to read their system because over 48 hours earlier I was told it was filled and ready to go. They should really be shut down for incompetence
