This place is a joke! The pharmacy doesn't care and won't honor a good rx coupon. I went there 4 times to pick up my prescription and they kept saying isn't wasn't there each time. It was there today but wanted charge the full amount, I refused and will never go back. I'll go somewhere that appreciates my business!

For almost 25 years I have went to Walgreens for my prescriptions. This location has absolutely horrible pharmacy service. They dont do high priority for people in need and I have met more rude people than nice.
Sick people are coming to you for help, maybe have some compassion? I will not be coming back. I am sure no one here cares from how I have been treated but I wanted to warn other folks. Try king super or platte vally Walgreens is not worth the headache.

Huge shoutout to the teenaged cashier who helped us today. My kiddos were thrilled to find Pokémon cards and the young man was both helpful in locating them and made our day by chatting about their favorites etc. THANK YOU!!

This location is horrifying. They literally refused to help me today claiming I didn’t look immunocompromised.
Yes, really. I didn’t “look” sick enough for them.
They wanted me - in public, not even in another room - to state my health history in front of other customers. Hello HIPAA violation!
Avoid at all costs. These pharmacists are not your friends.

I just left this Walgreens and will probably never go back. The customer service there is horrible. I Attempted to get help from a middle-aged woman with dark hair and facial piercing. She was on her phone, when I asked her a question, She brushed me off and said if you don't see it, we don't have it. Never tried to help me, never asked what it was i was looking for, just walked away from me. Appears she didn't want to get off the phone to help.

I swore I would never go to Walgreens ever again about three years ago. I gave it one more shot as FedEx wanted to hold my package there for pickup. They somehow managed to screw that up also just like everything else.

I went in and the cashier with red hair treated me different due to my color. I think it’s unfair how I was treated this week. I have had an amazing experience every other time expect this week. I was in disbelief by this behavior.

This store is a hot mess and needs a a complete overhaul. If you need anything from this store, whether it's from the pharmacy or grocery item, expect to be here no less than 30 minutes, even in the middle of a weekday.
The employees have all been super friendly to me, but everything else about this store is awful.
I was using this store and pharmacy the first 7 years we lived here but I just can't anymore. I gave them a break when COVID was causing issues, but this seems to be the only retail chain in the area that can't get it's act together.

Pharmacist (male, black hair) was rude and callous. They had me pay for my medication out of pocket. Then they refused to give me the medication until I signed a legal document, which I didn’t agree with signing. The entire situation could have deescalated quickly but he showed zero customer service understanding or human compassion. Do not have this man interact with customers. It was an upsetting experience.

Manager FAR from helpful (repeated response “I don’t know” when asking questions directly related to their store chain of command), The girl in the pharmacy drive up window was quick to insist I didn’t have script (surprisingly it appeared after I had her call the pharmacist over). Terrible customer service!

I have never experienced a more heartless, incompetent, and rude person before. Their pharmacist with blue hair not only is awful at her job, but miserable in every way. Her actions, and refusal to do her job has led to our child being left in pain, with no recourse to get her the medication she needs for an entire day. This has been consistent since her arrival, and has been brought to the attention of both management, and corporate with no improvement… You’ve lost our business, and the business of many of our neighbors as a result of this pharmacist.
