Came in on a Saturday morning for info on a transaction; they were exceedingly kind and helpful, the manager and the teller both. I wish I could remember their names but I was kinda stressed š. It was 3-7-26.

Never answered a phone call. I called 8 times during the āleast busy hoursā and canāt didnāt answer once. Just let customers know that they donāt take calls so they donāt waste time.

Wells fargo thinks that the government shutdown will only be a small impact- I'm taking all my money and putting it into credit unions. No banks during the government shutdown- wells fargo can use their significant assets to lobby in favor of the government to getting back to work. Until then Im done with banks
