Very rude!! Not customer focused at all. Wasn’t acknowledged and very rude with her response. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for 30 years and now considering taking my business elsewhere. People like this is why this world is so awful

The older lady at the handicapped window is extremely rude, she keeps commenting on where I live and asks me why I'm banking in commerce City. I told her I live in Lakewood but I work in commerce City and she keeps telling me I have to transfer closer to my house. She really doesn't want my business and she really doesn't want me in commerce City. She has some kind of bias about someone like me being in commerce City. She's commented on this everytime I come in. Well I'm thinking about not coming in anymore or at least choosing a different teller when I come in. She thinks she's better than people and she's very rude.

The pregnant Teller has a horrible attitude and is not afraid to wear it on her face! If you hate your job so much, find a new one.

This branch finds any excuse not to help their customers. I asked for help accessing information on prior transactions, I mentioned I had already attempted online and couldn't find anything. This branch needs to have an audit to see how employees treat and use their time to help customers.

I been asking for the statements to come by mail since 3months ago and still nothing so I’m in the facility whenever I need them and I think they get annoyed but if this continues I’ll be there every day to make it right

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. I’ve had a checking acct with Wells Fargo over 17 yrs. I came in to do a simple transaction and the teller was the worse. She said she couldn’t do the transaction, was then corrected by others and she made it seem like i was the bad guy, just out to get her, i just had business to conduct. Let’s make it very clear She was in the wrong, she was corrected, she processed my transaction no special expecting or treatment. It shouldn’t have been a problem to begin with. She couldn’t do her job properly and still had an attitude. Once she was asked to complete the transaction i expected the attitude to be dropped, but she didn’t ask basic questions like “how I’d like to take my cash” she didn’t respond with any type of apology or with basic common curtesy words. She was wrong let’s be clear, she also made it a point to ask 2 other people about it. She made snarky remarks after she was corrected. I have pretty tough skin but she was rude. After she was asked to complete the transaction by someone overseeing her she said, “well i guess i Can run it through the machine and we’ll see if it goes through” the person overseeing her stated, “yeah sure you’d do the prompts as normal…” even the other person noticed her snarky mess and tried to shut it down. When this portion was complete i still said thank you and she didn’t respond or acknowledge. She only made that comment about how they need to be on the same page.

The customer service at this bank has really gone down hill, rock bottom is in sight. There is no focus on customer service or making customers feel welcomed. The tellers are more focused on continuing their side conversations with each other, rather than focusing on the customer in front of them. The teller had to count my cash 5 times because of how distracted they were. The customers are left looking around at each other with a disgruntled look on their face. Though the frustration is easily seen and felt, the Service Manager will not get up from their desk to attempt to salvage the interaction. If you aren't managing service, you're just a glorified teller and the tellers under your supervision are glorified ATMs.

Slowest bank I've ever been to. EDIT: How about instead of putting the burden on me to give a bunch of information that doesn't seem at all relevant you just, you know, hire more people? It's pretty much every complaint here. ?⭐️
