Everyone (including the owner) makes a point to say hi and introduce themselves. There is a varied age range of welcoming ladies that attend classes at this location. “Top 5 AFs Ive seen over the past 5 years across the US. Great footprint, tons of equipment including that big rack thing you can use for pull-ups, squats, etc. but the biggest win for me was the high quality water filter station. Sooo many AFs across the country have a moldy water fountain or cheap filters. This was just more evidence that this is a quality gym focused on a quality experience for members.”
