“Had a blast when I dropped in for a workout while I was in town for work. Chris was the coach, and he took the time to even help me out a bit with my front rack, which is awful. Other members were friendly and welcoming. I even got another workout in before the one I signed up for, and another coach spotted me. (Cassidy). Thanks Trailhead, will definitely be back!”

“I dropped in at CrossFit Golden and had an awesome class. Coach Lucas gave me personal attention even though it was a 20+ person class. I had a chance to meet the owners, Greg and Lacey, who are super passionate and have clearly built an awesome community. If you live in Golden, check it out, and if you're visiting, it's a great place to drop in.”

1985 Foothills Dr S, Golden CO 80401
“A staple of the Genesee Community since the very beginning. This was a favorite hangout of mine since I was a young kid. The facility unfortunately removed both racquetball courts and the space now serves as a gym. The Foothills Clubhouse also has one of the best outdoor pools in the area. Definitely great for family events!”

“He runs the best gym I have ever been a part of. The gym is huge, equipment is well maintained, and everyone is super friendly. I joined after lockdown and had a lot of work to do. Couldn't ask for a more supportive coach and environment.”

“GMF is all inclusive and a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. Tami is ALL about fitness, that includes internal health! Come meet Tami, see the gym (sign up for a great-priced membership!), and get your B12 injection from Mile-Hydrate every 2nd Saturday of the month. I'm a seasoned RN, so you're in good hands! ? Bring a friend and you both can enter in a free IV raffle. Thanks Tami for the collab opportunity!! ???”

“This is a nice looking gym on the college of mines campus. There is no free parking here during the week, so if you are visiting make sure you have a parking permit or authorization before you show up. The gym was being used for packet pickup during the time we where there.”
