“These guys are great. I came in with a small problem that was just hard for me to fix on the trail. I expected to ask them where to have it looked at, but they fixed. Heard about the place and some of their builds and competitions. Such nice guys. Thanks Adam and Mike and the two others I met there. It helped me being as I was hundreds of miles from home. Little things make a big difference. I hope the pizza was at least decent!!If I lived in Cortez, I would definitely use them to fabricate stuff for my truck.”

“Friday Oct 10 2025 blowout just north of Cortez enroute to Moab on 10-day sightseeing loop thru Utah and Arizona. Got to Cortez Big O with some local assistance on donut spare; only found out at Big O that our replacement tire was unavailable in Cortez until one could be shipped in on Monday. Mr T.L. Shelton at Cortez Big O spent a *heroic* amount of time helping us, starting with calls to every other dealer in Cortez before finding us replacements available in Durango. He arranged for two tires to be pulled and waiting for us in Durango for mounting first thing the next morning, and then further assisted us with advice as to how to push our donut spare to pretty much its maximum safe range for the 47-mile nighttime drive from Cortez to Durango.
If SIX stars was an option for rating, I’d give them! This was assistance well over and beyond the call of duty….well into Good Samaritan territory. Thank you !!!”
“I am absolutely blown away by the service of this place. My car broke down late Tuesday night, and these amazing people had it checked out and diagnosed by 10am Wednesday! They were able to get the part delivered by the next day and my car was fixed so quickly!! I was traveling from out of state and I am amazed by the service of this place, with it being a small town in the middle of nowhere Colorado. I would recommend this place to ANYONE needing work done. 10/10 beats any of the mechanics I knew in Texas.”

“In July of 2025 my girlfriend and I were traveling across the U.S. in our Chevy Express van. We were having issues that I thought were brake issues. I thought the brake booster was going out. We took it to them at 10:00 am. I told them what I was experiencing while driving and they dove in. They called me within a couple hours saying the brake booster was fine but the pitman arm and drag link were horribly shot. I said go ahead and replace them. They called back by 3:00 saying it was ready. When I picked it up I told them I was really concerned that the booster was in fact bad (even though I hadn't drove it yet). I told them we would go spend a day and night camping in bluff Utah before we go up to Telluride. They said they would order the booster and have it ready if it was still acting up when we came back through and if it wasn't no worries. They would not charge for the part. Well sure enough it was NOT the brake booster. It drove perfect and the symptoms never happened again. I can't thank them enough for diagnosing properly and using their professional knowledge to get it done right. They easily could have sold me a booster but they didn't. Honest good work from real mechanics. Thank you all so much.”
