Jiffy Lube Multicare in Cortez offers fast, quality oil changes and additional services with no appointment necessary. The staff are pleasant, great, and provide excellent service with clear communication. They explain everything and identify future maintenance needs with no pressure. While waits can sometimes be a bit long, especially when busy, the service itself is not too long, getting customers in and out quickly. The experience is described as good, pretty awesome, and a great place, even an oasis for travelers. Customers feel helped immediately and can have multiple mechanical issues addressed on the spot.
Great customer service and very quick services. BUT the check break lights went on half way home after a brake service and rotor swap. It is too far to take back so I’m going to have a local mechanic check the work.
