“I don't often go 5 stars because there's always something... but in this instance I'll go for it. Dustin and his Techs are fantastic.. we brought in our 2011 F450 with a loose turbo tube and a long standing emissions system fault... they traced it all down, reconnected the turbo tube and was able to correct the emissions code promptly and professionaly at a more than fair price. I recommend them very highly to those seeking repairs to their vehicles. Whether you have 1 or a fleet, you go you like you be happy.”

“Brian is a straight shooter and a great diagnostician! No BS here. Moved to Cortez 2 years ago. Called 5 shops, waiting line for weeks. (97 Tacoma 4x4.) Brian gets me in, diagnoses it on the spot(OBD) at no cost and took 1 minute, I said fix it, he said sure. Hour later Im back on the road. This is my new shop! Proud to be from Cortez now!!”

“We were in Colorado driving home to Texas and our check engine light came on. Even though Cortez Auto was busy the mechanic took time to diagnose our problem and performed a quick fix for our problem and we were on our way in about a hour. Can’t thank them enough for their help! Would definitely recommend them for your auto repair needs!”

“Great service and wonderful to chat with. Needed flywheel pins pulled and knocked it out quick. Through chatting with them I'd definitely bring them a motor in the future and I live 5hrs away. . It's really hard to find smart and honest machinists these days.”

“This is the place you want to go to if you’re looking to get your car worked on.I want to add my name to the list of the many people who are grateful for Larry’s services. Larry, thank you so much, your kindness and consideration meant more to me and my girlfriend than you could’ve known at the time. This is a really genuine dude who is a master of his craft and really cares and loves the work he does. We were in a bind when my car was giving us trouble traveling from california to Denver. As soon as talking to him I knew this was the guy I wanted to trust with my cherished vehicle. He was straightforward and educational; informing us throughout the whole process. I wish I had him as my permanent mechanic.”

“Holy smokes, wish I had taken before and after pics! Keith and his team are professional and kind, and always do an incredible job of going above and beyond. If your car is perpetually filled with muddy dogs, this is the place to go (if you need a momentary reset before it gets filled with muddy dogs again).”

“It's not often I give 5 stars to any repair shops. Mut Maxwell is the exception. Two years ago they did me right on an expensive repair. And not they are going above and beyond with a repair needed and a tight window to get the part and fit my tight travel schedule. Thank you Maxwell. Again!”

“The stem on one of the tires of our car dolly which was hauling our vehicle behind our camper, started leaking air on our way out of Mesa Verde national Park when we tried to load up our car again. Josh at Big O tires and the team at this awesome place of business took care of us and replaced the stem on the tire plus checked all of our other tires so we could get safely back on the road again!! Thank you Josh and the team at Big O tires!! You saved us big time!!”

“These guys are great. I came in with a small problem that was just hard for me to fix on the trail. I expected to ask them where to have it looked at, but they fixed. Heard about the place and some of their builds and competitions. Such nice guys. Thanks Adam and Mike and the two others I met there. It helped me being as I was hundreds of miles from home. Little things make a big difference. I hope the pizza was at least decent!!If I lived in Cortez, I would definitely use them to fabricate stuff for my truck.”

“I had my car towed to the Cortez America's Auto after close on a Monday, and they called me with the diagnostic results by 9:30 AM on Tuesday morning. I chose to have additional service performed based on the diagnostic report, and the guys had my car ready for me on Wednesday morning. Excellent customer service & communication. Rob & Dalton were exemplary! Since repairing a dead vehicle is a disconcerting moment, much appreciation to the staff for making the process low stress.”

“I broke a transmission pan and popped a tire 60 miles from cortez while on vacation 1,000 miles from home. Flat bedded the truck to Automasters on Sunday. Shaun and David managed to get the trans diagnosed and a new OEM pan ordered Monday, which arrived noon Tuesday, and they had the truck ready to go by 4pm the same day. Besides how insanely fast they got the work done, they did it right. This particular F150 has a slightly different pan than every other model. Insurance tried to get us to order a non-existent aftermarket pan. Shaun knew the standard aftermarket pan wouldn't fit. Which means the right one got ordered the first time straight from Ford. Which saved me at least another day of waiting to get home. These guys got me out of a bad situation FAST. THANK YOU!”

“Issac helped me with a quote over the phone for after market Rims. Answered all my questions. Excellent service, quick, easy, financing available, and a very safe and comfortable environment for women. They were able to give me a ride to work and from work while they worked on my vehicle. Definitely earned my returned business in the future. I also highly recommend. BTW- These guys are the only ones who actually keep Rims in stock….ready to purchase and mount the same day. ❤ Everyone else in Farmington, Aztec, Durango, and Cortez makes your order online and then you have to wait for shipping.”

“Great customer service and very quick services. BUT the check break lights went on half way home after a brake service and rotor swap. It is too far to take back so I’m going to have a local mechanic check the work.”
