“Our first time processing an elk here.
Ordered and picked up a variety of cuts & specialty meats. (Steaks, roasts, breakfast sausage, bacon burger, etc) All in vacuum sealed packages.
So far, have cooked ground elk, Italian sausage, & back strap. All taste great. We requested 5% fat added to ground meats so it is still very lean and the elk flavor is still there.
Staff friendly and easy to work with. They were flexible with our time-frame and had everything ready as we requested.”
