Ordered and picked up a variety of cuts & specialty meats. (Steaks, roasts, breakfast sausage, bacon burger, etc) All in vacuum sealed packages.
So far, have cooked ground elk, Italian sausage, & back strap. All taste great. We requested 5% fat added to ground meats so it is still very lean and the elk flavor is still there.
