She took the time to listen to what I needed and walked me through her remaining late season selection. While she had just sold the last OR brand cap that morning, she directed me to the web to find the selection and color that she believed would fit my needs and I found it online. Her hospitality was genuine and helpful. I will continue to frequent The Mountain Store on our vacation trips to Crested Butte.”
