“It was my second time here. The first time was just last week during the Cripple Creek Ice Festival. This afternoon, I had a large and very tasty BLT, a loaded biscuit with southern gravy with an egg over medium on the side, and a 24 oz. Iced Chai Tea. The food was so good. Everything was done perfectly, and the biscuit and gravy was the absolute best I have ever had. The prices are very reasonable, and the service was welcoming and done with a smile. The owner (Edie) and her Vietnamese food cook (Lei) put true pride and passion into their food. I am going to be a regular here. The Vietnamese cook is going to offer Banh Mi in the next week or two. I will certainly be back for them. Creations Everlasting has a comfortable seating area, and in combination with the service and quality food...well, I think of this restaurant / Boutique as offering good ole' southern comfort. Cripple Creek and the surrounding areas are so fortunate to have these two ladies offering such delicious food and great service. It is a must try place, for once you do...you will become a regular.
