About Golden Nugget Cripple Creek Hotel & Casino
The Golden Nugget Cripple Creek Hotel & Casino is located in a historic mining town at a very high altitude, described as the highest casino in the world. It offers Vegas-style thrills with many slots and table games, sports betting, and a clean, non-smoking casino environment. The hotel is beautiful with nicely decorated interiors, and suites feature amenities like gas fireplaces and large bathrooms. The adjacent casino is a short walk away. Many guests report having fun and great customer service, with staff described as welcoming, helpful, happy, sweet, and attentive. The restaurant receives praise for amazing food, like huge burgers. However, some service inconsistencies are noted, with one bartender cited as rude and unprofessional. The property is new and some feel the hotel and casino still need work to meet expected standards, with rooms considered clean but nothing special. While some find the facility too 'Vegasy' for Colorado, most enjoy their visit, citing great gambling experiences and a beautiful facility, with many planning to return.

Great place to visit. Gambling, I won left and right...bonus after bonus. I enjoyed being in this casino, which is said to be the highest in the world!!! I will be back! Great customer service, everyone was helpful and happy, that is so important in a casino. Free drinks for those who like to indulge in a cocktail.
