“Absolutely wonderful gym. The owner(s) & staff are super friendly and they remember me by name after meeting me the first time and always say hi when I come in and seem genuinely happy to see me there. Beyond them, all of the other members that come here to exercise and lift weights are incredibly friendly as well, very respectful, and are great to be around in general. Aside from the people, the gym is always very clean and organized, when machines (like the stairmaster for example) break they aren't broken for long at all which is awesome because I love the stairmaster lol, they have a wide variety of free weights, dumbbells, & machines plus punching bag & speed bag & climbing rope & boxes & kettlebells etc, and there's plenty of each. I almost never have to wait to use something. Great gym overall and even greater people, come check it out!”

“This is definitely an old school type of gym with traditional equipment that will always lead to a great pump! The only thing I’ve noticed is they don’t have yoga mats for stretching or warming up on the floor and only one very used foam roller. The “sauna” is just a small room with a wall heater that blows out lukewarm air. Definitely not a sauna. Like many people, I like to warm up and also end my workouts in a sauna so that would be a nice addition! The staff is super friendly and nice!”
