“If steak is your thing, this is your place. My wife and I cannot afford $40-plus steaks at restaurants more than one or two times a year, and I've become leery of what we'll get when we do go out for a steakhouse dinner. At Homestead, we can split a ginormous, boneless ribeye for $23 or so, and it is definitely a cut above. I don't know if the beet is choice or prime, but it is fabulous. Take the money you save and buy some of their locally sourced cheese, which comes in dozens of varieties. Add a good Cabernet, and you'll have a $200 meal for $40 and no tip!”
