1880 Little Raven is an apartment complex in Denver with a strong community feel, hosting events for residents. The location is unmatched, steps from Commons Park and right between Lohi and downtown, making it a super walkable area great for dogs. The building is well taken care of and neighbors are very respectful. The leasing office staff are nothing but helpful and kind, providing outstanding help and phenomenal, above-and-beyond customer service. They are responsive and awesome. The maintenance team is incredible, phenomenal, extremely helpful, responsive, professional, and very quick, addressing issues fast, often within 24 hours. They are clearly very hard working, always have the best attitude, and are a great part of the community. Residents have had a fantastic experience and the best experience, telling friends it is the place to be in Denver.

The maintenance staff are very responsive and professional. Alonzo and Matt were able to quickly address an issue I had in my unit and discussed how to better avoid the situation going forward. They were timely and I appreciate them being part of the community whenever an issue arises.

Sarah consistently goes above and beyond to help residents with their needs. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received from apartment staff. She is kind and cordial in allher interactions, despite a large work volume each day. Extremely grateful to have her here.
