“I recently toured the Platform at Union Station. I was extremely impressed by the service and professionalism of the Sales Associate, Andre Alsup, who showed me around. His depth of knowledge about the building, the community, and the neighborhood were exceptional. I've toured many properties in Denver and I have never encountered a comparable level of service. Truly exceptional. In addition to providing a highly competent overview of the property, Andre was also very patient and attentive to my additional detailed questions and answered them all with great clarity and transparency.”
“I've lived here for almost 3 years and ended up coming back after trying another lease nearby that was a nightmare (Greystar). Long story short, I came back because Chestnut Ridge and the management here gets the basics right. Quiet community, good amenities, and staff/management here are just super friendly and transparent. The location here is unbeatable living a step from the 225 and 25 intersection. Maintenance staff are reliable and responsive. Deja, the community manager here, goes above and beyond to create events for residents and keep us in the loop on anything, good or bad. IMO, the rates here are reasonable considering the peace of mind that comes with it.”

“I am moving into Cadence next month and I couldn't be more excited. The location is unbeatable and the amenities are for true luxury living. However, what sets Cadence over all of the other buildings in the area is Bianca and Megan. From the moment I connected with Bianca I instantly felt at ease in a very stressful situation. (Picking an apartment from across the country!) Bianca went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me find the perfect apartment. She was communicative and super responsive. After working with Bianca, it was a no brainer to apply given all of the other amazing things about the building. After applying, I had the pleasure of working the property manager, Megan, who prioritized my feelings and comfortability before anything else as we worked through getting all of the details of lease lined up and executed. If you have to pick a place to live, you want to live where you feel taken care of, and because of Bianca and Megan, I chose the Cadence to be my home! Thank you both and I look forward to moving in soon!”

“I have lived at Luxe for about a year and a half and have had a fantastic experience. From the amenities, staff, and security, Luxe at Mile High is run with excellence in every way. The amenities are wonderful! I use the gym, hot tub, and bark park daily. There are always staff available up front to help, and they do such a great job fostering a welcoming and enjoyable community with great attitudes and monthly events that are super fun. Nicole from the front office was so helpful getting me settled in initially and has always been a friendly face around the complex. There are also always staff cleaning the halls and amenities. Luxe values cleanliness! Another thing that was a big deal to me as a young female living in Denver is safety. The 24/7 on site security puts me at ease as well as all of the other safety measures in place. If you’re searching for a place to live in Denver, I don’t think you will find anywhere better than Luxe!”

The apartment itself is clean and well-organized, making it a comfortable living space. The staff, especially Morgan, and all of others have been great. “I’m going into my 3rd year at country club tower 1. It has been an overall wonderful experience, fueled with great views, amenities and most importantly, community.The staff is friendly, caring, and all around helpful.Now i would be SO remiss to not call out an absolute staple in the community - Anita. Ms Anita is engrained in residents’ lives as a (legendary) concierge but she is so much more than that. She is a friendly face when you need it the most, a burst of positive energy, a genuine and caring person, so much so that speaking with her is like a warm hug. Plus, she makes the best cookies for us.Anita - you are SO cherished. Thank you for always making country club feel like home.Also shoutout to the whole crew who works so hard and of course, Jodi! I've been a resident for over 4 years and yes the building has had some troubles, mostly from the original builders and from the outside threats of our neighborhood, but our staff has been resilient. Our current manager listens to what's going on in this place, makes incredible efforts to get issues resolved and with a positive attitude. Looking forward to a banner year.”

“We are really enjoying our time here at Cortland Congress Park! The location is amazing and the recent renovations are lovely. Seriously, there is a Trader Joe's across the street and an adorable neighborhood with restaurants the other way! Best of convenience and a neighborhood feel.The thing that helps make it feel like a home is the kind team and quiet friendly vibe. We had a couple little things in the apartment that need to be addressed including an accidental overflow (on our end) and Josue did an amazing job! He addressed everything quickly and is a wizard at dry wall! We are happy to call this our new home thanks to the team. We personally have worked with Claudia, Arlena, & Josue I and I want to shout out how friendly and amazing they all are! Thank you!”

Easily park and have access straight into the building - ease of access and security where top notch! She is so friendly and genuinely cares about your well being.Rudy has also been a rock star! I had to file a few maintenance requests (small things) and he was so friendly and knocked the items out quickly and with great care.I've lived at a lot of apartment complexes in Denver, and none have taken the time and care like 2020 Lawrence.”

“Just renewed our lease for another year, overall I’m very happy with the apartments. The vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor are definitely a perk. However I left a star off due to the laundry situation. Each building only has two washers and two dryers, which is ridiculous especially given how often they break down. Pretty much every time I go to do laundry I have to go to multiple buildings in order to find a working machine. Other than that it’s been a good experience.”
