“I've lived here for almost 3 years and ended up coming back after trying another lease nearby that was a nightmare (Greystar). Long story short, I came back because Chestnut Ridge and the management here gets the basics right. Quiet community, good amenities, and staff/management here are just super friendly and transparent. The location here is unbeatable living a step from the 225 and 25 intersection. Maintenance staff are reliable and responsive. Deja, the community manager here, goes above and beyond to create events for residents and keep us in the loop on anything, good or bad. IMO, the rates here are reasonable considering the peace of mind that comes with it.”

“I am moving into Cadence next month and I couldn't be more excited. The location is unbeatable and the amenities are for true luxury living. However, what sets Cadence over all of the other buildings in the area is Bianca and Megan. From the moment I connected with Bianca I instantly felt at ease in a very stressful situation. (Picking an apartment from across the country!) Bianca went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me find the perfect apartment. She was communicative and super responsive. After working with Bianca, it was a no brainer to apply given all of the other amazing things about the building. After applying, I had the pleasure of working the property manager, Megan, who prioritized my feelings and comfortability before anything else as we worked through getting all of the details of lease lined up and executed. If you have to pick a place to live, you want to live where you feel taken care of, and because of Bianca and Megan, I chose the Cadence to be my home! Thank you both and I look forward to moving in soon!”

“I have lived at Luxe for about a year and a half and have had a fantastic experience. From the amenities, staff, and security, Luxe at Mile High is run with excellence in every way. The amenities are wonderful! I use the gym, hot tub, and bark park daily. There are always staff available up front to help, and they do such a great job fostering a welcoming and enjoyable community with great attitudes and monthly events that are super fun. Nicole from the front office was so helpful getting me settled in initially and has always been a friendly face around the complex. There are also always staff cleaning the halls and amenities. Luxe values cleanliness! Another thing that was a big deal to me as a young female living in Denver is safety. The 24/7 on site security puts me at ease as well as all of the other safety measures in place. If you’re searching for a place to live in Denver, I don’t think you will find anywhere better than Luxe!”

It has been an overall wonderful experience, fueled with great views, amenities and most importantly, community.The staff is friendly, caring, and all around helpful.Now i would be SO remiss to not call out an absolute staple in the community - Anita. Ms Anita is engrained in residents’ lives as a (legendary) concierge but she is so much more than that. She is a friendly face when you need it the most, a burst of positive energy, a genuine and caring person, so much so that speaking with her is like a warm hug. “Moved in at the end of April 2023 We have been here for seven-plus months and selecting this building was the right choice for us. We toured numerous buildings and although there is no perfect apartment building, this has been ideal. We feel safe, and appreciated, and have experienced capable, friendly, and competent staff. The place is clean, the maintenance staff efficient, security people friendly, and the staff work diligently to communicate with residents. They often have planned and impromptu social events and currently, created a holiday wrapping area for residents with paper, labels, bows, and even cookies! Animal friendly and like most places, the people (and animals) make living at Solera feel like home.”

I've been a resident for over 4 years and yes the building has had some troubles, mostly from the original builders and from the outside threats of our neighborhood, but our staff has been resilient. “I lived at Gables Speer Blvd for 13 months, and I had a great experience. The space in my apartment was awesome, and the amenities are up to date and great to use. They offer spin classes on occasion and are generally very prompt about sending community notices via email.Sure, there have been instances where one of the parking garage gates is down, but it’s never really an inconvenience. Brittany and the rest of the office staff always go above and beyond, no matter how minor of a question you might have. The move in process was easy, and move out was as stress free as was possible.The location is perfect for almost anything. You’re in walking distance of a ton of restaurants and various grocery stores. Guest parking is usually pretty easy also, as far as Denver goes.If I hadn’t moved out of Colorado, I definitely would have renewed my lease. I can’t recommend this place enough!”

“Just renewed our lease for another year, overall I’m very happy with the apartments. The vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor are definitely a perk. However I left a star off due to the laundry situation. Each building only has two washers and two dryers, which is ridiculous especially given how often they break down. Pretty much every time I go to do laundry I have to go to multiple buildings in order to find a working machine. Other than that it’s been a good experience.”

“The Alara is a great building, tucked into a neighborhood that is just off highly used streets but still a quick walk to union station. Great access to public transit and I25. Helpful and friendly front staff, great amenities and lots of convenient services. We really like the layout of our unit and think the price of rent is good for everything you get. Special shout-out to Jon at the front desk for making our move-in easy and for answering our many questions!”

“I have been in this place for a little over 2 months now and since Vincent attended us until now I have been comfortable although it is true that there are neighbors from all over and different cultures the only thing that has impressed me is when the smells of "cilantro" come out wild" smoke too much and apparently all day poor people with that disastrous addiction in short Vincent has helped us with what we have required so far.”
