“I've been living here for a year but finally submitting a review after my first experience with maintenance.

Tae was great: super friendly and quick to resolve my issues. I had multiple maintenance requests in, he knocked them all out in one visit and showed me how to prevent some of the issues from reoccurring. He even found another issue I wasn't aware of.

I also want to shout out Keegan from the front office, he made the move in process super easy last year, giving me tours of multiple units and answering all my questions in the first few weeks after moving in.”

“Love it here!! The ALMI staff (including maintenance, etc) is the best!! It’s been so nice to have consistent staff. Bryce and Savanna have been extremely personable and helpful. Richy has also been great! Maintenance is prompt and friendly. What blew me away recently was when I woke up to see that maintenance took the time to shovel our patio after getting snow overnight! The sidewalks and courtyard were cleared too. The maintenance staff here works hard- working early mornings, keeping the community clean, and overall preventative maintenance. I can’t say enough amazing things about AMLI Denargo Market and feel so lucky to have found such a great place to call home.”

“Living at Griffis LoDo for the past few months has been a wonderful experience!

The move-in process was seamless and convenient thanks to Joey and Trey, who made sure I felt right at home from day one. Since moving in, Cliff has been wonderful- handling all maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. The team here is welcoming, respectful, helpful, and attentive.

I really enjoy living here and highly recommend Griffis LoDo to anyone looking for a great place to call home!”

“Been Quite a long time coming for this review:

Anna was my first point in contact, as a person in the industry- she did leaps and bounds to make our process accommodating. I was truly grateful for getting help from her as my previous complex was terrible (won’t say the name, but very popular in CO with black and yellow colors). Truly great experience helping me find the right place and parking situation throughout my IMT journey. She needs a raise- make is so, corporate execs! 👏🥇

The office staff is truly accommodating, Tiffany and the managers have made the experience easy to bring up issues❤ (although I hate doing it). Plus, maintenance staff has repaired what I needed in sufficient time. Thank you for all of you folks!!

But Nick, why not a 5 star review? 🤷‍♂Personally I think it’s overrated since very few things in life are 5 stars. Although these people who run this property are stellar- and I have nothing but nice things to say. It’s hard, if you know the real estate property game- it’s baby sitting people. Examples include: People who don’t live there are using the pool facilities, dog crap not being picked up, and broken things not fixed in few common areas. Sometimes people aren’t perfect, but it takes time to make them great.

Yeah- it’s a nice place for the price that’s very true. Spacious rooms, great staff, and some fantastic tenants. Yet, not everyone has manners and accountability as tenants- it’s just the multifamily (baby sitting) game. They can’t kick people out without them offending someone. Life is touchy now and people can’t just be civil- unfortunately.”

“I moved into Bayaud tower recently and have put in many maintenance requests (floor 14). The building is old and there are multiple issues, however, Ivan M. has been on top of everything and gets it completed by the day. It’s frustrating having issues but Ivan is the man and makes it happen. Broe management, keep him long term!”

“My husband and I moved into Griffis at Cherry Creek in June 2026. Unfortunately, our washing machine overflowed and flooded our apartment about a month later. Usually, this would sound like the beginning of a bad review, but it isn't! All of the staff handled the situation promptly and really took care of us while we were displaced for a few days as the situation was being handled. This company cares about its residents, and we are truly grateful for all that they did.”

“This place is great... it has some of the best views of downtown Denver & a really cool community. The staff here goes all out to provide an elite hospitality experience for guests and residents.

There are some great nearby spots as well with great access to the Cherry Creek Trail and Platte River. Would recommend to anyone looking for upscale living in Denver.”

“We lived at IMT for two years & I would overall recommend it! The community feels safe and is well maintained. The office staff are responsive to phone calls, emails, and office visits. I appreciated extra efforts they made to do things like place loose packages into the parcel locker.

I knocked a star off based on the following items:
- The AC units are quite dated and inefficient. As residents we were responsible for the cost of utilities and it was frustrating that they were so outdated as our electricity cost up to $200/month for a one bedroom unit. Since moving, our energy bill has never exceeded $100/month.
- It took almost 6 months to receive our deposit back. To IMT’s credit, the office was responsive and was ultimately able to assist us.
- The units were on the older side so we had to submit quite a few work orders. Most of them were addressed promptly. We did have an issue where our AC unit was leaking water in our bathroom for weeks before an outside vendor was called to fix it.”

“Sarah, Carson and newbie Hailey have been awesome in my almost two years here! Missing David he was awesome too! The location is great close to all the fair downtown and super convenient for all the sports! They throw social gatherings at least every couple months. Whatever you need they are always there, super helpful and always willing to assist! 10 out of 10 would recommend!”

“This property is awesome. Everyone we have interacted with here has been super helpful, but wanted to specifically mention both Alan and Alana. They consistently bring a great attitude and are happy to help with anything I have come into the office about. Thank you both so much for all you do!”

“Normally don’t do these, but serious thanks to the Camden rino team for being amazing folks. Chris and everyone with camdens maintenance team are quick to respond and do a quality job (the few times something has had an issue in 2yrs), and are incredibly professional with how they conduct themselves on-site.

Additionally, Gracie, Tiffany, and Elizabeth at the main office deserve their flowers. They are all very welcoming and fantastic at what they do! More specifically for us, keeping us up-to-date with maintenance requests, packages waiting in the lobby, and even if Uber Eats is looking for us ?”

“I had a great experience living at Luxe MileHigh for the past 15 months. The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and the location in Denver is hard to beat—close to everything while still feeling like home.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was Cory Johnson and his team. It was clear there was a positive shift in the culture during my time there. Cory and his staff were consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about the resident experience. Any request or concern I had was addressed quickly, which made a huge difference and gave me real peace of mind.

It’s not often you find a property management team that combines responsiveness with authentic customer service, but Cory and his team absolutely delivered. “From the initial tour to the application process to moving in, to post-move-in everything has been seamless, Nina at the office is amazing! She greets me by name with a smile and kindness and make me feel like they truly value me as a tenant. Maintenance has taken care of any issues almost immediately and leave a note in my apartment to let me know the request has been taken care of. The complex is well-maintained, well-lit and very quiet. I feel very safe living here which was my top concern when looking for a new place to call home.Thanks to all of the staff at Line28 at Lohi for going above and beyond to make sure that it is a great place to call home!”

“This is the second time I am living at Promenade. I liked it enough to come back. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. Beautiful property. But the property is showing its age and is desperately in need of upgrades, especially the outdated 25 year old kitchens.”

“The building is fine. Parking is good. Maintenence is good. The only two problems are the AC and the bugs. In the year that I've lived here I've seen about 4 roaches. Not a problem for me because I grew up with them, but I understand some people find them disturbing. Expect to purchase your own AC unit because the one provided with the unit, at least our unit, is terrible. Overall, I would choose this place again now that I have my own AC unit.”

“Had a great experience living here. Really felt like home. Everyone working in the office is super friendly and very attentive. Maintenance was quick with service. Great gym and amenities. Neighbors were also great people. Great downtown location and very walkable to many locations and union station. Units are pretty sound proof, rarely heard my neighbors ever and felt very safe here, along with a secure garage. Highly recommend Alara.”

“I just moved in a few weeks ago and already feel right at home. The whole process was smooth, and Bryan at the leasing office truly went above and beyond to make the experience great. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions I had. His professionalism and welcoming attitude made the transition into my new apartment so much easier. “Property: Ideal central, walkable location. Love my bright modern unit, community rooftop, hot tub (hopefully the recent repair fixes the intermittent issues 🤞), sauna, and gym, which is well-sized given the number of residents, and rarely crowded.

Maintenance & Care: Common areas are always clean thanks to Miriam, who is so cheerful, hardworking, and thorough. And I've always been impressed with our maintenance crew, who are respectful, fast, and effective.

Renewal Experience: A system glitch caused me to receive two different renewal quotes, but Kaila and Raquel quickly resolved the issue to honor the lower/original rate I was given, so I was happy to re-sign.

Excited to stay another year!”

“RJ is the bees knees. Local Legend. I met some really cool people here. He took my call while he was on vacation in Vegas. I ended up taking a sublet here from a girl on the basketball team and they wouldn’t let me move in on time because my roommate wouldn’t sign off on the lease. The person I was communicating with quit. Then I paid for an additional months of rent and had to move out on the 15th because it was in the lease’s policy so I needed to pay extra for the room and cleaned the place up after so people could get their deposits back. It is so hard to find stable and housing these days without all of the nonsense you have to deal with.”

“Living here has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I moved in, everything just felt right. The community is peaceful, the amenities are always clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming.

What really makes this place special is the management and staff—they truly care especially Jesus. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick, professional, and kind. It’s rare to find a place where you feel valued as a resident, but this is definitely one of them.

It’s more than just an apartment—it feels like home. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great living experience.”
