Several good things happened.
1. Your service door was unlocked before your posted 7 am open time. That was great, as I was standing outside and appreciated being able to come in, sit, and stay warm.
2. A tall gentleman, whose name I didn't catch, greeted me, which is always nice, and said that they would help me shortly. He also came back and asked if I had put my car in line. I hadn't as I didn't know the protocol to follow.
3. Soon after I had moved my Yukon, a gentleman (Rigo) walked by and sat down at a desk. He wasn't there but a few minutes, when he asked if he could help me. The great thing was that this was still before your 7 o'clock opening time.
4. Rigo was excellent throughout my entire experience. He took down my information; found out my vehicle's problem, filled out the paperwork, said he would prioritize my vehicle since I was from out of town (Washington State) so I could back on the road, and got me a ride. That was all in 15 to 20 minutes. I was out of there by 7:15 to 7:20. Wow!
5. Then Rigo called me at 8:41 with an update. The Yukon didn't need a new gas tank, which would have taken a week, but only needed straps to hold the current one. He thought it might take until Friday, but would try to get it by Thursday (this is Wednesday). That sounded great to me. And he had an estimate that was just fine for what it sounded like what the work take.
6. And finally, the icing on the cake was Rigo called at 11:56 and said everything was done. He had found some straps locally, and had them delivered immediately. And though these were slightly more expensive, he knew me well enough by then to know that I would want it done sooner than later (excellent executive decision). And the technician gave putting on the straps his highest priority. Wow!
8. I came back about 12:45 pm. Rigo told me everything that had been done, along with a couple of suggestions for the future. He had everything ready for me to sign off. I was out of there by 1 and on the road.
Certainly a problem that could have taken days or longer to fix got done in hours. Rigo didn't try to sell me anything more than just what I needed to get back safely on the road, which is always appreciated. Terrific job everyone. Thanks!

I bought a Tesla from Austin. He was very professional and easy to work with. And he was not only honest but super responsive. I would buy from him again. I almost gave 4 stars because there was a crack in the panoramic glass above that was not disclosed but Austin apologized and it was an honest mistake as it was very hard to see. Anyhow Austin made sure Tesla would replace the glass at no cost to us. So we are happy customers. I highly recommend Austin if you’re looking for car.

Worst service department I have ever worked with. I will spare you all the details but in essence they are very unreliable and don’t follow up. It was like pulling teeth to get any updates on my vehicle and when I finally picked up my truck (a week late) they hadn’t completed all the service that originally was to take 2 days.

Terrible experience! On Aug 17th I took my car for an oil change. 2hrs later they come up and inform that the technician made a mistake and drained fluid from the transmission. I was told that Monday it would be sent to Audi. On Wednesday I stop by alpine because there’s no communication whatsoever from anyone. I understand human mistakes what I do not understand is why they lied to me about where my car was. They said it was at Audi Denver. Thursday I stop at Audi Denver and it’s not there. I message alpine, I leave voice messages and no one reaches back. Saturday the 24th I stop by alpine once again. No one is available and a young lady said honestly when you came Wednesday your car was still here! It’s not here anymore though. Monday Aug 26th I am informed by the young lady that my car is at Audi so I stop after work to get my belongings.. My car is completely trashed, valuables are missing and my car has a transmission issue that was caused at Alpine! I have not heard anything from Alpine personnel and they only respond to me when I show up in person. The GM is never available and what to do now? It’s so unfortunate but all I can do is hope for the best.
