my phone had problem got an appointment and I have waited for three hours when my turn came The technician who assigned to me was named ED, he does not behave good. I asked to see the manager they did not helped me.
The costumer service here is so bad here.

Worked with Valerie and she was very unprofessional and very rude. I don’t know why you guys would allow her to check people in for her appointment. I was in the store and she started talking horrible to her coworkers with me.

Employees standing around everywhere. I am 20+ minutes into my scheduled appointment without even an acknowledgement of why I have not been seen. Employees hiding behind walls or devices, if you get their attention, it’s a rude tone and dismissive behavior. People queuing and waiting just looking at the clock wondering what is going on. Very poor experience

Avoid the Genius Bar. Came in for a battery replacement for my iPhone and after few weeks the screen started popping out of the phone. Came back again to have them glue the screen back down. They ended up cracking the back glass and replacing a bunch of parts that were perfectly fine before. After waiting for an hour after when the phone was supposed to be done I got it back to find it was clearly rushed out the door. Bluetooth would not stay connected properly, it was running hot and the auto backlight was not working.
Instead of wasting my time again I just traded the phone in and got a new one. Sales was 10/10 as always.

The Cherry Creek Apple Store is next level horrible customer service. Truly unbelievable. If you want to be separated from your laptop for longer than necessary, have to call multiple times to give consent and your password so they can work on it, be reassured that they will fix it and still not get it fixed, then the Cherry Creek Apple store is the one for you.
I've wasted more calls, time, and energy, trying to get my laptop fixed so that I can pick it up. And as of today, I still don't have my laptop.

This store is so bad it's got me on the verge of leaving the entire apple ecosystem. Hours wasted because they lied about how the trade in program works with apple care plus. So I drove to park meadows and they screwed it up too. Upgrading a phone and giving apple money shouldn't be this infuriating. 4+ hours wasted and no resolution. No way to call the store directly not even apple employees.

Came in for a diagnostics on my phone and it proved truly helpful. Afterwards, I browsed through the watches to see if something felt right and Richard was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried multiple watches and multiple bands.
(Decided to go for Apple Watch Ultra 3!)

They made me wait almost two hours, no one came to help me when I asked for my turn, they told me reluctantly that I would have to wait 20 minutes or more, I decided to leave while I received a text to help me, I came back, a young man who had no idea what to do helped me, they called a supposed technician who speaks Spanish and he told me that they do not handle iOS computers, I checked my photo app and he said write down this number call Apple, I can't help you anymore, they are waiting for me I'm busy, he got up and left, I was cold and quite disappointed, it didn't even last 5 minutes... a lot of technology, but the staff and this store are a complete fraud, without a doubt I will never return and I will never recommend this store... quite disappointing..

Terrible and very bitter service from most of the staff in this store, more than 2 hours waiting and they didn't even tell me the reason for such a long wait, they simply don't care about your time, it's a store I would never return to, not even to visit or buy a single accessory, very bad experience!!!

I went to this store to change my screen and one of the employees was talking to me about the trade benefits that I had and I decided to trade my phone with the money that they will give Me for my old phone plus the jump up promotion that I have from T-Mobile it was a good deal and fair for me at the end I will be ending paying almost $300 more for the new phone but at the end they never processed my t mobile promotion and I ended up getting only the money for trade in my old phone and no the promotion they scam me to get the bonuses of the trade, I went more than 5 times to try to get a solution and it was never given to me. I’m so disappointed cause I love apple but this is not fair for a customer. They are scamming customer offering promotions that they can’t get for you, if they were unable to do it why they didn’t say that to me ? You need to have better service.
