However, the staff receives consistent praise for being super friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable even when the store is packed. They are noted for being very helpful with trade-in processes, answering questions, considering all options, and explaining specifications thoroughly, even when assisting multiple customers. Don’t let the shiny walls in modern Apple Store fool you these people are not who they say they are. Great service and great employees. They didn’t do what they said they would and now they lost a customer.

It's a great store but the mall itself has mold (circulating in the hvacs and perhaps other places). So I avoid it bc of this poor management
