The Apple Cherry Creek store has outstanding employees who always provide superb assistance. Today I received FANTASTIC help from Gabe, a Technician, and Julian Cabrera in Sales. Julian spent a great deal of time with me regarding my new IPhone and he was incredibly knowledgeable on a wide range of important tech issues. I’m so grateful that Apple Cherry Creek Store’s wonderful manager Nico hires fabulous staff who are 100% dedicated to providing superior customer support!

Thank you Matt, Senior Manager for being patient with me and understanding my situation. Personally, I was going through a lot and Matt handled all of my issues in a timely fashion, he stayed calm, and got me in and out in a flash. It wasn’t just the customer service that stood out to me, it was him just understanding that we all go through things and the last thing we should be worried about is our phones giving us trouble. Matt I just want to thank you for being a wonderful, wonderful manager!! If anyone needs help on customer service you’d be the FIRST person I would recommend. Also, to all the staff, and even security! Everyone there really made my situation so much easier to handle and for that I would recommend Apple Cherry Creek to my family and friends. Matt, bless you and I pray that you continue to be the amazing manager that we all including, myself inspire to be. Thank you Apple Cherry Creek!!- Eric

Store its self gets 1 stars. They “fixed” the screen problem with the brand new ultra 2 watch I bought. Failed to tell me not to restore the watch from my cloud. So the screen still didn’t work. I work ungodly hours before I could take the time to schedule an appointment, even though they didn’t fix it I could just walk in. This was months ago. Finally a few weeks ago I updated the watch and it fixed the problems with the touch screen. Switching to an android when my contract up.apple products have become trash since Steve Jobs passed.Apple maps sends me to stores that are out of business, half the time the fastest route isn’t. The weather Apple is never accurate. Brand new ultra 2 watch came broken. Every reason why I got rid of Samsung is now worse with Apple since Steve Jobs died

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. I “upgraded” to a 15 pro max. Worst decision I ever could’ve made. It’s not compatible with anything and they finesse you into buying all these additional chargers since they made the old ones obsolete. No lightening charger works either so it takes forever to charge now. I would’ve stayed with what I had had I known this was going to be a complete waste of money . More importantly Cora, the person I was working with there assured me when I backed up before trading in my phone that i wouldn’t lose anything. That it was an exact copy. Well They were wrong. And now I’ve lost 5,000 precious photos that apparently I can never retrieve. Memories forever gone and there’s nothing I can do about it but vent in some stupid google reviews.

I'd like to shout out Matt (manager) at this store for helping me when I needed a screen repaired, and fast, due to upcoming travel. He was incredibly professional, kind and helped me get my computer back in time for my work conference. Thank you Matt, you're a saint.And to note - this store is the most calming and beautiful Apple store I've ever been to. The huge windows and trees are really wonderful.

The manager, John/Johnny, is intensely rude. His employees messed up twice and then he decided to belittle myself and another employee on the phone. We're all employees of the same company, John, chill out and helpful. I'll be reporting you to corporate.

The worst service Ever !!! From walking in No one wants to help or Direct you …first time at the store and last time!!!! the guy with the iPad “ Jeremy “that’ checks you in very rude I don’t know if he was just tired or he didn’t want to be there I was trying to ask him questions just Rude about it ! I asked him his name he wouldn’t give me his name I asked to speak to a manager he walked away I watched him and the manager talk about me …her name was Toya !No Customer Service at all asked to speak to the store manager she said that he wasn’t in and that he didn’t talk to customers that’s what she did ! not very helpful very very rude as well !!!as I was leaving this young man was very helpful very pleasant the only one in the whole store basically that asked if I needed help… I called the store to speak to the store manager which his name is Matt ..he said that he watched everything that went down but not once did he walk up and approach us to see what was the issue ! I don’t know what store manager doesn’t go to see what’s going on in his store !shame on you MATT STORE MANAGER LOL FOR HAVING THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ALONG WITH YOUR MANAGER TOYA AND I’M ASSUMING CHECK IN GUY JEREMY!!! Let me just say my people of color don’t go to the Cherry Creek mall Apple Store horrible service and very discriminating!!!!

I love apple but what is the deal with making appointments for buying something. Wanted to buy a macbook was asked to book an appointment and stand in line. Went around and just walked in got hold of a sales person done and done. The design of apple store is always wonderful. Crowded as always so do not go on weekends

Made an appointment for 4:20pm, waited around for 25 minutes for someone to assist me, meanwhile employees are aimlessly milling about. I had to approach someone and ask what to do if I have an appointment and he responds, “well, are you checked in?” Umm, no. Where would I do that since there aren’t self-service kiosks and employees aren’t actively seeking to help customers. He checks me in and walks away. 25 minutes later, same guy comes back (who has been just hanging out the entire time) and says he will be my technician. Messes with my phone for a minute and then tells me my phone will be ready for pickup in THREE HOURS. I live nowhere near this store and I was never advised I would need to leave my phone and come back and get it in order for the battery to be replaced. Told the guy i was not able to do that and elected not to get my phone worked on. Lodged a complaint with one of the “leads” as I left who was not remotely apologetic and didn’t offer to assist in any capacity. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you for wasting an hour and a half of my time between the commute to Denver with traffic and sitting around waiting on staff. Nope. Do not recommend.
