My mom work their and she said good things about how this place is changing and becoming better. And she told me on Christmas Day the operational manger “ Samuel “ ordered 200 pancakes for breakfast for the residents and the employee and over 20 boxes of pizza for lunch. That was so nice of him

I like working at this place. Their staffs are nice and helpful I have been going there since May as an agency but they treat me like their staff.

I highly recommend The Heights for anyone looking for your loved one. The staff is great and really care about their residents.
