They were fine when they were open.But today I went there to access papers in my safe deposit box and the bank is closed; left only a note on the door that they are "temporarily closed". No idea when they would be open again.No info on how I can get to my records I need to access.

Ive never had any issues with BOW EXCEPT ONE- THEY CLOSED THE DOWNTOWN BRANCH WITHOUT ANY NOTICE BACK IN THE SUMMER.
