First time i have ever been in, and they ask for my id to make a car payment. First off, if someone is willing to make a payment on my car, let them. I don't want you stopping people from making my payment. I'll save the money. Second they guy at the counter said I had to sign the back of the check to deposit it. I am not here to make a deposit. I am here to make a car payment. I have been going to this back for 4 years, and I have never been asked to do that, nor have they checked my id. They need to retrain your front desk clerk. He was very unprofessional.

I came to this location but I shouldn't of even considered coming here of I knew how rude one particular man was!! The reviews are correct, there is no teller, just like 4 offices. I came in around 4:15 pm and was looking for someone to help with a home equity loan, but some rude man,from the comfort of his smelly seat, shouted that there is no one available to help with that, because there is no banker available. I asked him that don't you close at 5? He said yes but no one was available. The fact is that there was 2 people there, two bankers but they were leaving early, at the time I got there. Gees just close the place at 4, whats the point of keeping it open if no one can help! I feel sorry for those who bank at this location and having to deal with that rude man!

Virtually impossible to contact anyone at Bellco via phone. Absolutely no customer service in waving fees. I wanted to combine 13 CDs into 2 CDs, and was charged over $9000.00 in fees! With no offer to wave fees. Note: I’ve had personal and business accounts there for 30+ years.

How can someone who works a 9-5 handle bank needs when this bank closes at 4pm and only open Tuesday-Friday. I think this bank seriously needs to consider their hours of operation.

Bellco dba Hellco.This company is stuck in the dark ages when it comes to technology and customer service. The root of my negative review comes from there lack of technology, which is compounded by their underwhelming customer service staff.I had a vehicle under lease for 39 months (amongst 2 other vehicles at the time) and I needed to extend the lease because of delays with my new car arriving at the dealership. We extended the lease, but no one at Bellco informed me I must also reapply for my automated payment (I mean really - I had auto payments for 39 months on this vehicle and 2 other cars also on auto payment all linked to the same checking account. You’d think you could link things up or be a little more helpful when onboarding a new account). Anyway I get a mail in the letter about a month after I extended my lease saying I was delinquent on my payment. I called immediately to get my account current, and at that time the informed me I had to reapply for automated payments.I thought all was good after that, but 6 months later I was getting a pre-approval letter done to put an offer on a new house. When my mortgage broker informed me I took a 100 pt hit or my credit after being reported to the credit agencies by Bellco. I called Bellco and they were no help and directed me to an online customer dispute page.I explained the situation to there dispute department and this was the response they gave me.“Your dispute has been researched and we have found the information we provided to the major credit reporting agencies is accurate. Therefore, no update will be submitted to the credit bureaus regarding this dispute.”Thank you for your membership.Sincerely,Bellco Credit UnionAfter being a customer for over 7 years with numerous vehicles under lease or loan you’d think they’d care a little more. Now I have little to no repercussions to fix my credit score all because I was missed one $271 payment.I will be moving all my loans to another bank and I’d suggest you never ever use this company. Just look at their ratings on all platforms, it’s evident hey don’t care about customers.

Eliaya was excellent and the other teller up front. At first, they were unable to fulfill my request but one of the tellers went back and found a way. I thought I would have to go to another branch but they saved me the trouble. I appreciate all you do!

I made an agreement on a lien title vehicle a month ago. This seller is going through bellco. I waited 2 weeks for them to get a payoff note to my bank and am still waiting for them to send the title to my bank so the seller can sign it over. I have never had a vehicle purchase drag out this long, these guys work at the pace of snails. Hopefully at this pace I’ll have the truck within a year.

Tried to deposit money to my checking account here and after waiting half an hour some dude named Malik told me they dont accept $100 bills. Im literally stunlocked what kind of bank doesnt take 100's? Guess they can only handle numbers that they can use their fingers and toes to count to.

Do Not Use Them. Paid off my loan 7 years ago. They never took off my lien. Now getting dinged on credit for mortgage loan. Waited over an hour for a manager. I guess my time is not valuable.

Use at your own risk. Purchases will take a week to hit your account, any foreign purchases will freeze it. I have nothing good to say about these frauds.
