Bellco Credit Union receives mixed reviews regarding customer service. Some staff members, including tellers and representatives, are described as excellent, professional, and delightful. They are noted for walking customers through processes wonderfully, providing helpful information, and going out of their way to fulfill requests and save customers trouble. However, other experiences cite significant problems. It is reported as virtually impossible to contact anyone via phone, with absolutely no customer service in waving fees, including large fees for combining accounts. Some long-term customers express frustration over fees not being waived despite decades of business.
I came in late to the office to make a payment and Ed Flores was amazing and helped me and talked to me about different rules. He really provided amazing support. Happy I came in!
