Rude staff occupied and reluctant to assist customers. Also rude when they do. Seems there's not much accountability for staff to maintain any kind of standards.

Manager Robert swears everyone loves Best Buy and he doesn't get complaints. Guess he hasn't seen the two star rating on Yelp! My mom and I came here for curbside. Got there, after driving quite a ways, to find the products were not available. Went inside and asked the guy at the door if he could check. He didn't know how. Got Robert, the manager. Robert was rude, had no personality and was NOT helpful in anyway. Didn't know how to check when the products may be back in (since can't go by inventory online). Didn't offer to check other stores. They must have been pretty desperate for employees to make him a manager; lazy and not the smartest! You try to shop local stores so they stay in business, rather than doing Amazon, but these the big stores don't care about their customers anymore and customer service seems to be horrible or nonexistent most places. So why not stay at home in the comfort of your house ordering from Amazon and not have to deal with rude people!?! Best Buy, unless you want to go extinct like many other big box stores, I suggest you get employees who care and start taking care of your customers.

I saw a lot of empty shelves I couldn't find any store associates to help me locate products.

The place is pretty big, a bit overwhelming for me. it looks like they have a good selection of products. Although I wasn't there to browse, I just went and got a screen protector for my phone, which I ordered online. And the guy at the counter put it on for me and everything! (Thanks, whoever you were) I didn't catch his name, but that was definitely appreciated

Thinking about coming here? Order it from Amazon. Came in on Jan 28 (6:30PM) to return a microwave I ordered on Instacart (I know, who does that - I do!). So I had the person at the door tell me to go to the customer service counter. I get there and the person is like, why are you here, go get the item. And I explain we were told to come here first but sure. Someone else walks up, offers to go get the microwave. I'm like great, things are getting better. We're waiting and the guy comes back with it. He starts the return then gets stuck on the return since it's through Instacart. Eventually I had 3 guys up there trying to help. Explain the situation, something about taxes and how Instacart is gonna pay me my taxes but they will give us the microwave refund. They didn't do a great job, even though they were talking down to me and looking at me like I was stupid. They seemed pretty proud to do such a horrible job. Eventually a man with a beard, who was huddled with 2 other people, doing nothing, explained it to me - he looked very annoyed but he was able to do it. He did it in 1 sentence. While his customer service was not the best, I commend him for being so concise and clear. So now I'll have to deal with the Instacart refund, but that was... not fun. Definitely never ordering anything from Instacart from Best Buy. Not because of the Instacart trouble but because the staff there isn't great. Next time I'll just order on Amazon

Management at this store are horrible. Arrived for a pickup spent 30 mins trying to locate someone for pickup. Was told I was lying about doorbell not working. When he went to check. Didn't get no apology for his rude behavior.

Customer service isn't so great. Older tall silver hair man was rude. My Meta quest gift card would not download so I took it back for a refund. He said no because it was activated. I said yes I know it's activated but it won't download. He said to call Meta Quest. So I tried to call Meta quest and no results so I called Best Buy customer service. They gave me my $50.00 refund. Would have been a lot quicker and less stressful if the old man would have just assisted instead of arguing.

Went in for phone case and universal folio tablet case. Neither were in stock. They only carry iPad and Samsung tablet cases and almost no Samsung phone cases in store. Very disappointed

My experience at Best Buy has always been positive. They have always spent time educating me on their products and willing to spend time setting up my purchases.
