They help problem-solve to find the right product, even for uncommon issues, and help find the best deals. The Geek Squad is also noted for being helpful. Mo of the Geek Squad is phenomenal. I was locked out of my new phone and my Google account. Verizon sent me to Best Buy because they couldn't help me. Mo was so patient and knowledgeable.
