Do not rent from this location!!I dropped off rental early in the AM and was in a rush to drop off my daughter so didn't confirm the check out. When getting my statement I saw they charged me for an extra day. Called this location to get more information which you only have TWO days after drop off to dispute charges after that you gotta call a 800 number. Turns out they waited to check me out until 10:05 so that extra charge can seem "legitimate". Called Avis customer service and they were of zero help.If you do rent pay close attention to dates times and amount they print out for you.

Never have I not had a car when I make a reservation. Paid for a 3-day rental 2 weeks ahead. Call to see if I can pick up early & find out they had no cars. Sent to another location by main number & told they had a car. Get there & no car. Then I call main number & I'm told another location had cars coming from the airport in about 40 minutes & woman knew I was coming. Get there & the woman tells me she doesn't know what I'm talking about, no cars coming from airport, no cars at all that day. I was moving that weekend, it was a Saturday morning & most other car rentals are closed or closed at noon. I had to rent a van from UHaul just to get something to drive. This was in the Denver area. Unbelievable!!!

Do NOT rent here!! I prepaid for my rental online last night and showed up this morning and place wasn’t even open. They are supposed be to be open at 7:00AM and I had to wait a good 10mins! I went inside gave my ID and SAME card I used to prepay online only for the guy to tell me they card do not match. I literally showed him the transaction on my phone and the card I was holding in my hands and he still stated it didn’t match. He then tried to sell me the current rate for the day which is $100+ more than what I found and prepaid for online!! Guy there was very rude and literally tried to price gouge me!!!!! So annoyed as I had a trip planned and need that vehicle. Worst rental experience ever!

I will save you time and money. DO NOT rent from this please at all. Had a reserved vehicle and person at front desk gave it away. When asked about it. His excuse was that the system is down and they don’t have any more cars. Yet the parking lot is full of them. Clearly he is lying and wanted to leave for the day. Would give zeros if I could.

Stay away from this place. Worst customer service you’ll ever receive. Showed up to pick rental car up and employee tells us they are out of cars even with a full lot of cars. Says it’s because it is 1 so he can’t do anything because he wants to go home. Proceeds to lock the door and leave with all his belongings. Lazy employees and terrible customer service. Better of riding Lyft scooters than this joke of a rental agency.

The rental I received was extremely dirty and leaking oil. The oil leak ruined my driveway and garage and I spent 6 hours trying to get budget to replace my rental without success. Do not use budget because if something goes wrong, you can expect being on hold for hours and the company not doing anything to help you.

We rented a truck leaving louisville, ky & drove to Denver Co. That was $1000. The truck belongs in a junk yard for Bees to make hives in. The tires kept needing air. Many stops to get air (Not free) Had to purchase windshield wipers. (Again not free) Water was coming in the cab and running down our backs. So yet another purchase on plastic & tape.(guess what not free either) To divert the water from our back.The head lights had water in them which caused them to fog up. So we couldn't drive once night fall came. Had to get hotel room. (AGAIN NOT FREE) Which we lost drive time. The wood in the truck bed was rotting. Which cause items in that area to get wet as the half flat tires slung water as they rotated. It was if the truck cab was put on the truck bed by a couple kids in their first day of auto mechanic school training. In all fairness we rented a car to come home. The car was great. Had it not been for us trying to get home back to louisville, ky in time for Christmas eve we would have called to exchange it but it was the holidays no one was available to take our calls!

Budget told me the day before my rental that they didn’t have a vehicle, and that I would have to pay extra to get a vehicleI rented a vehicle from Quebec Street, and received a call from the site location 14 hours from my pickup time saying that they did not have a vehicle available, and the location could not change my reservation.Okay, fine I understand things happen.So I called reservations and …1. got passed around at least six times2. Was told by the rep that they could not corroborate what the on site location told me**** here’s the kicker… ****3. Was told that they cannot get me a vehicle without charging me more moneyIf I book a car and cancel the night before, I get charged, as I should. I take responsibility for that. A company that does not take responsibility for not providing the services at agreed upon process is unacceptableBudget, fix this

There are policies they do NOT LIST anywhere until you arrive. You will have trouble renting cars from here and they will be completely unwilling or unable to help you. It was one of the least professional experiences I’ve ever had. The gentleman there is completely devoid of critical thinking skills, empathy, and will just repeat “corporate corporate corporate” over and over. Stay away or proceed with extreme caution.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolute horrible employee who refused to help in any way. When asking for real answers, we were met with textbook responses and the 1-800 number. The employee was incredibly incompetent and overall horrible and refused to amend the situation or abide by the company policy.

No one was around at my scheduled drop off time so I was charged an extra day. Called to complain and they said I was supposed to wait around all day for someone to show up. Horrible business practice

Unsatisfactory customer service! Additionally, I urge you to read the reviews! I rented a vehicle on Sunday (06/11/2023) at noon from the Budget location at 4800 E Evans Ave, Denver, CO 80222. Upon arrival, they did not have the reserved vehicle available - never said sorry or apologized TO ME. Instead, they offered me an upgrade and told me if I do not take it I won't have a vehicle, but the staff member was unhelpful and lazy, even going so far as to request that I return the vehicle in the same condition - he gave me a DIRTY VEHICLE. This experience is truly unbelievable and unprecedented in my previous rental experiences.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!They charged us for car insurance after CLEARLY TELLING them we did not want any add ons or insurance! We also got a dirty car with a bunch of trash inside and CIGARETTE smell, take your business somewhere else and avoid headaches with these crooks.
