“How to greet experience dropping off a load of lumber here! Overnight parking is allowed nice quiet area. Employee came and greeted us at 6:15 in the morning as we were unstrapping and taking off bungees gave us permission to Antar said we would not be getting unloaded until roughly 730 or 8 AM. However he ended up getting us unloaded at 7 AM I think we just got lucky. I doubt that is an every day thing as they try to get their trucks loaded and out of the warehouse before unloading.

“I'm a homeowner who was looking for a replacement for an old door sill cap/riser I wasn't having any luck locating online. I called this place and Lori at the front desk recommended that I come in with the old part. A place like this can be intimidating for someone without a construction background but Lori and those that brought me into the warehouse were incredibly helpful. I'm still in search of the part but at least now I know what I'm looking for and I got confirmation that some other options I'd been considering won't work... I'll add that the exterior (and interior?) doors on our house came from this place and 10 years in we're still happy with them.”

One call into Nick and I have everything I asked for (other than high lead-time items like custom flashing/drip-edge of course) by next day, and sometimes same day depending on how early I call.
