“I'm a homeowner who was looking for a replacement for an old door sill cap/riser I wasn't having any luck locating online. I called this place and Lori at the front desk recommended that I come in with the old part. A place like this can be intimidating for someone without a construction background but Lori and those that brought me into the warehouse were incredibly helpful. I'm still in search of the part but at least now I know what I'm looking for and I got confirmation that some other options I'd been considering won't work... I'll add that the exterior (and interior?) doors on our house came from this place and 10 years in we're still happy with them.”

Our main sales rep, Nick Phillips is as good as they come. Very attentive and incredibly fast. One call into Nick and I have everything I asked for (other than high lead-time items like custom flashing/drip-edge of course) by next day, and sometimes same day depending on how early I call. This is crucial on the fast-paced, large-scale, multifamily projects. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“Do yourself a favor and cancel any other distributor contacts you have out there and work with these guys at QXO. As contractors and business owners in the window and door business for 20+ years, we’ve seen it all…missed orders, bitchy warehouse people and an environment where you are on your own with no support. The employees at QXO make my life easier. They check in, they clarify if it looks like my specs are wrong, they give a shit, they care, they are top quality, 110%. It feels like more of a partnership than a service and that’s what we need right now. Hats off to QXO, y’all are killing it and we appreciate everything you do.
