It amazed me that I was called by name rather than my license plate - think dealership. I appreciated the quality of their work and the courtesy afforded me that I took my car back for more work to be done that was unrelated to the initial repair. I was able to schedule for a day/time that worked for me which was only 2 or 3 days out. It took the guy less than 30 minutes to get my window tinted. It was the lowest price I could find as well. “I needed a quick replacement window for my sedan after it was smashed in . I called around to several places in the area and HV had the best price by about $30-$90. They were able to make time for me that day and even came to my house for no extra charge. I really appreciated that they gave me a courtesy call to let me know when the truck was 15 minutes out. “I've had nothing but good experiences with this business. I received a windshield replacement a few months ago at a fair price. They came to my residence and the work was done in a timely manner. Since then I was able to bring my vehicle in twice for chip repairs at no cost to me and it was very easy and fast. On the 2nd repair, they noticed that the windshield was not sitting properly and they came out to repair it or replace it entirely. They were able to repair my existingwindshield very quickly with no issues and at no cost to me other than a little time. I appreciate the attention to detail and desireto make sure the work is done correctly. Also, very friendly and professional front desk staff and service people.”
