I finally stopped in. Very warm & helpful staff. Yes, the store needs updating, and a martini bar, but it's still Neimans. They offered me a glass of champaign. I left with a fabulous new frock. Happy place!

Always unfriendly . Very sad , I used to love going here . They need new management to properly treat people kindly and hospitable
