“I bought a pair of Heritage boots from Red Wing online and after about a month, some stitching popped. This was highly unusual for their boots in my experience. I took them to this Colorado Blvd. Red Wing location for repair. The stitching repair was completed at no charge to me and done in about a week, even with a holiday in the middle of it. Overall the process was about as easy as it could be. Also, apparently they use a local cobbler and shoutout to whomever that was because the repair looks pretty good.”

The store attendant (unfortunately I don’t remember his name, it was there in Jan 31) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He even suggested for me to try the sneakers on their store treadmill which it was fabulous! “Hands down the best sneaker/streetwear shop in the country. The staff (Gabe is a real dude) is awesome and always creates a welcome and helpful atmosphere, which is usually the opposite for this industry. I stopped in weekly when I lived in Denver and they always kept a fresh collection of new pieces, always have great stuff in the sales section and the sneakers compete with any shop in the country. I live in NY now and they are willing to ship any sneaker available and respond in a timely manner on IG or phone call. If you care about sneakers, respect this industry and are in the Denver area you NEED to stop in.”

“My acupuncturist recommended the Lems shoe for a wider toe box without the compromise in style, and while I found a shoe I loved online, it was sold out in my size. Fortunately this particular shop had a single pair left in stock! I was leaving for Scotland in two day's time and had planned to do some hiking while I was there, so I knew I needed a brand that stood out for both its quality and comfort. The manager on site answered every question I had and quenched any concern about sizing, when it came to the addition of toe spacers and inserts. Would absolutely recommend this store.”

They had a separate area for their exercise clothes and an area for their sale items. The sale area was in a big area. It had plenty of room for several people to look through. “Alex at the Denver Cherry Creek location makes me miss the traditional in-store retail experience. I ordered boots online due to a discount offer that I received and wrongly assumed that it was for online purchases only. I received my boots and they were too big. The website indicated that returning at the store was an option. I chose that option so I could be properly measured (try on a similar boot) and return for a refund and reorder myself the correct size. Alex suggested that I try on a particular model that was built on the same platform. I tried on that pair in a smaller size that fit perfectly. He processed the return and reordered the new size to be sent to my address with only the information on the shipping label from my package. No additional information was needed. Even though I purchased the item online, my local store (Alex) stood behind their product/service at store level. Great experience!”

I thought it was good that he went that way, because it meant that he knew what I needed. He took me to where I could find what we needed and I was very pleased with my purchase. The young lady who checked us out was very knowledgeable and actually taught me something -I like that!”
