The credit card division is horrible. The worst policies and procedures I've seen, bordering on outright fraud (or perhaps just gross incompetence). It took me nearly 2 hours to cancel a credit card, they made me go up the phone "tree" of customer service 7 levels. Now I continue to receive monthly statements with interest, past due payments, nothing concrete that they could explain. When I called back and went up another 6 levels, I was told "We don't know how you are getting charges on a closed account" They also had no idea what to do about it unless I wanted to "HOLD" for the 7th level up in "customer service". 4 months later I'm still receiving monthly statements. Mine was a Southwest Airlines Chase card. If you need a credit card go somewhere else to get one.

Extremely unhelpful and rude. Definitely won’t be using this location anymore.

I have been in there 3 times to simply put a beneficiary on my account. Every weekend I go, the same lady tells me she has an appointment & I have to schedule online. I finally wised up the 3rd time and went straight to the teller, who then ask that rude young lady to help me. She really should not be greeting customers.

Unfortunately I usually have an easy time at this branch and have reccomended then in the past however today I seemed to have gotten their hours confused and was spoke to extremely rudely by two of their employees. It seems after hours all manners go out the window and after reading the other reviews it seems I am not thr only one to have this experience, which is pretty pathetic considering these are all middle aged employees, time to grow up kids.

At least one ATM is always broken and the other customers at this location are super ratchet. Wish I lived near a better option.

I entered the bank with a unique request and was helped with expert service by an excellent banker named Jessica. She was very conscientious and went out of her way to help accommodate my banking needs that day.

I'm genuinely considering changing banks with how bad this branch is, I wish there was another chase accessible. Time and time again I'll go and not get helped - today I went in twice to get help with a banker, even making an appointment. After coming in and waiting for 20 minutes I left, with no one even willing to see if I've been helped or what I waiting for. I still haven't gotten a call either regarding the appointment - why did I even leave my contact information? Chase is clearly moving everything online and getting increasingly bad customer service.

Been a basic checking customer for many years. No more than the usual "banks are a money grubbing parasite on society" complaints until I sold my house and "upgraded" to Private Client Services. Absolute shambles, can't get a hold of my "personal" banker to save my life. You ever get enough money to qualify at Chase for that, take your money and run far, far away.

Why yes, I love being smirked at by a smug teller whose specialty is credit cards but who doesn't know anything about them and seems to take pride in doing the absolute least. Maybe I should work here, it sounds like I could just sit around idly. Then the other teller who is very nice but who doesn't listen to the question asked and goes off on tangents.

Mildly predatory and horrible credit card experience and I was approved immediately. My wife and I wanted a joint credit card and were told that we could both be on the card. The banker took all my info, ss# ext, and told us we would both be on the account. When I didn’t receive a card when my wife did, I called and he never even put me on the account. I have multiple accounts with Chase and this is by fair the worst experience iv had with them. Will not be using this branch again.

Came here after trying the Chase ATM on Colorado, which is only open Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00. This ATM would not let me make a deposit, and told me to call a phone number. Absolutely useless.

Good for individuals, bad for your business. After 20 years of loyalty with Chase, I've officially decided to divorce Chase and moved to a different bank.As local Chase branches go, you won't find more caring and empathetic staff. However, it seems as though their hands are often tied and the staff are at the mercy of the corporate decision-makers located far away in a call center. Unfortunately, the on-site clerks and managers seem to be able to do little more than helping you deposit checks and withdraw funds, which an ATM can do just as easily. Since when did banking become less about knowing your customer and building a relationship, than the current sterile experience of waiting months to get a "secured email" from a stranger telling you, that your loyalty isn't worth anything and you're not worth investing in? Not the local staff's fault. So if you're looking to start a new business, or get funding for your business, I would go somewhere else such as a local credit union; because, although you'll find an employee at the Chase branch who will try to go to bat for you, often, even they get shot down by the decision makers at a call center, who will also drag their feet for months before they thoroughly reject you and deny the much needed funds that your business was reliant upon. In the eyes of corporate Chase, you're not worth investing in. Even if you're credit score is great, you have $150k+ in brokerage accounts with chase, you've had a prior house and car note, and paid on-time credit cards with Chase, and 20 years of loyalty with Chase. None of that appears to matter. Good luck getting your small-business loans here. #TooBigToCare
