I went today to get some currency exchange. I was met at the entrance by a very aggressive man at the start of the line. Not only was he very aggressive but he was very rude. Unwilling to help me get currency exchange he turned me away to the currency exchange in the mall because I was hoping to get in the next day. I mentioned I had received currency in the past within the next day in the past so I’ll take a chance. The man looked at me like I was completely wasting my time. I then went to the counter where the teller Isabel was also rude and condescending. I at that point just wanted to try and get this transaction completed. I’ve been with chase for 15 years and have never felt so belittled, uncomfortable and unwelcome to do business until today. They honestly need some customer service skills it’s disappointing for chase to have these kinds of employees. I will never return to this branch. I will drive the extra time to the location on Colorado.

I went here 10+ times in person to dispute a recurring fraudulent charge. I canceled my account after 3 months, canceled my cards- and they are still charging me. Time for lawyer. At 1370 per month, I will be taking this to court now.

I went to this bank to open a new account and they gave me incorrect information and guidance. Never go to this branch, you'll thank me later.

This branch in particular offers really horrible customer service. It’s not typical of Chase and I find it surprising. The branch manager does not seem to care about customer concerns. I haven’t had one friendly encounter here and it’s the closest branch to me.

This branch does not support small businesses or the financial success of the owners and operators. I have had an issue for 11 months and call every 1-2 weeks. This includes contacting the branch and the card services numbers. They will put you in bad situations and ensure you have no resources to help you fix it. The branch staff lack knowledge and is trained to extend issues so that you give up trying to resolve them the proper way.

Chase Bank will do anything possible to pull a quick one on a small business. They do not care about small business or the owners/operators of those companies. I have had a business credit card that is no longer in my hands be charged for 11 straight months and it is now maxed out. I cannot get ahold of anyone, if I do I get transferred and told someone else needs to help with that. Then, that I need to wait 30 days for a response. Unethical and very disappointing to see this.

I have been a Chase Business client for 6-7 years. This branch has absolutely no interest in helping you or your business. It's disgusting. The lack of communication and transparency makes it very difficult to have flexibility and be strategic with your business' financial decisions. In December, I sold my business ownership to my former business partner. They made him fly into the branch from Arizona to accomplish the transfer. The branch removed my name from the checking account. They also removed my online access to the checking and credit accounts. However, they said we needed to complete the authorizing officer transfer paperwork for the credit card. We were not allowed to do this in branch, of course. They decided to take over a month to get the paperwork delivered to the business address - that it had to be sent to.At that point, my access was gone and I was still the personal guarantor on the credit card.We sent in the paperwork and they were nitpicky about unimportant aspects of the form to stretch out their process. Not only that, they did not communicate to us unless we called multiple times asking for help and clarification. Finally, after six months of following up, they told me the transfer was denied but I cannot have additional information why.The lack of communication and care felt very disrespectful. Showing the big corporate bank has little interest in serving small business owners, but focus only on themselves and leverage the big corporate power that they have.I am still trying to resolve this issue. It has cost me time, money, and energy for the last half of a year without any solution.Stay away from this branch and Chase in general. Focus on working with smaller banks and those that will support you in your business ventures.Yuck.

TLDRA huge shout out to Ms. Montenegro who's exceptional professionalism helped me move 10 accounts over from another financial institution that....well let's just say is showing signs of financial stress. This was not an easy feat as I have business partners in California and things had to be processed in both states.Accounts were setup quickly and without hassle. Funds were easily excepted ( yeah like banks ain't going to take your coin).I do have concerns about dealing with mega institutions but let's see how it plays out.At least with J.P Morgan Chase as you bank you can pretty much be assured your funds will be safe. Hey Jamie if you are reading this ( yeah like the CEO is reading Yelp) Ms Montenegro is an outstanding employee with exceptional service and people skills.

Chase is a slimy company. Before I get into the details, the rep at the Chase branch was very nice and helpful. Chase as a company, not so much. I opened a Slate credit card. First, Chase did not give me even close the credit limit I requested. My credit score at the time of requesting the account was 693 and I make almost $64,000 a year. I was also going to transfer a balance to this credit card issued by Chase. The rep asked for the credit cards I wanted to transfer balances from. I showed her and asked that one be given priority over the other, due to a higher interest rate. Over the weekend, I received a text message from their fraud department asking if I authorized a balance transfer. I did not respond, as I wanted to find out what card they were transferring the balance from first. Fast forward to the next business day. Chase fraud department automatically assumed I meant yes, since I did not respond to the text message. What if this was indeed fraud? Good job there, Chase. Chase is transferring some of the balance from the lower interest rate card of the two I presented when requesting the account. I then asked them to cancel the transfer and close the card. They said it can't be canceled. It did end up being canceled the next day sonehow. I spoke with the rep about canceling the account. She was like "its only $40 in commission, so not a big deal if you do." In this economy, people should be thankful fr every bit of money they can get. That made me feel unappreciated. Customer service is incompetent and Chase is a horrible company that I will never do business with again.
