Came in multiple times in the same week to see a notary and was told this was something they could do but to come back each time. After the 3rd I was simply told they were too busy to help and that the notary would be off. Quite frustrating as it is something that would have taken 5min.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask to be removed from their email list over 10 yrs since being a Chase customer. Agent was truly mean - sarcastic, hateful.

Terrible service there holding my check because in 2023 they can’t do a simple phone verification for a deposited check not even in person ….now I have to wait ten days

We are starting a small business and went to open an account. We were running late, so we called to let them know. They told is it would be fine. We arrived 1 min before the 15 minute late window. They told me I would need to reschedule. I can understand being late but we had to miss out on a day of work and pay to make this appointment. The business person did even come to speak with us. It doesn't seem like a great place for small business owners.

I've been a customer with Chase for quite a few years, maybe 20 years or more. I really like Chase Bank but last year they just weren't quite up to the standards that they had been years ago.Recently I had a dispute with Uber and I called the customer service line 3 days in a row each time the customer service representatives told me a blatant lie. I was really upset ready to find another bank so I went in and spoke with this fabulous young lady. Nicole Moon. Nicole took over the situation. Got everything taken care of in a matter of minutes. I'd like to give a great shout out to this young lady because she really helped me. and I feel for 3 days the customer service representatives the whole time was just taking my calls to get me off of the phone or to reach a quota I have no idea. Too busy for business I guess. But I really appreciate Ms. Moon because this young lady went out of her way to help me and solved the problem. I know customer service isn't like it used to be. Probably never will. But this young lady proved to be genuinely concerned about her customers .Thank you Ms. Moon. From now on I will be coming back to this branch. I don't think I'll be calling customer service anymore that's for sure!

I called to request an appt for a notary and was told to just come in as the notary was available. When I showed up, she was working as teller and I would have to wait an hour. Thinking of moving my 6 accounts elsewhere when I cannot make an appt for something simple.

Zero after hour access for ANY customer trying to reach the ATMs (4 different cards used to unlock the door and 0 of them will work due to broken electric locks)

For one thing, this Chase branch provides better service to Hispanics than other races. It also opens accounts for illegals. I know we are a sanctuary state, but the problems that come with illegals are far worse and they should not support them hy opening accounts. But, what do you expect from an organization that employs people that are not citizens? They also do not take security seriously. Their guard is very good and he tries, but by observing his interactions with management, I have a feeling he gets shutdown by the management.

Very horrible customer service. I’ve been here twice with my client (caregiver) and each time they were very impatient and rude. One of the women helped us get her card reordered without her ID; she was polite and helpful. Jose Chavez I believe his name is each time was very irritated and rude with my client and myself. I will be taking her to another bank who has better customer service with the elderly.

I was in a pinch one day and needed a few things done quickly, the manager at this branch sat me down and completely took care of everything. I was blown away. Leaving this review was the least I could do.

Bank manager and the new young lady at the front desk helped me resolve my issue that a different Chase Bank caused. Because of their diligence and hard work business was taking care of :). Definitely coming back to this one! Thanks so much!
