I have a try to resolve some problems with my personal loan and I'm not able to do it. The call service they keep it to me they can't help me but they do take all my information why they taking my information if it cannot help me if my on is beyond my understanding

I had Citibank several decades ago but my experience then is very similar to all the comments below. Tigers do not change their stripes and I am glad that I chose to NOT accept their pre approved credit card..
