Civic Center Park is a pleasant and beautiful park between the state capitol and county center. It is really cleaned up, with lots of benches and grass area for a picnic or a peaceful stroll. It is a dog-friendly place with plenty of room. The park hosts community events like the amazing Sober Rally, which offers great resources. Volunteers help in lovely gardens that supply food to the community. However, it is also a gathering for vagrant people and there can be rats and disturbed individuals. The available restroom is a tad odd, with just a curtain.
Very 420 friendly park. Cool place to hang out with the cool people during the all day.

Absolutely beautiful! Stunning architecture along with well kept grounds, it’s a pleasure to walk around and experience. Kudos to the powers that be in Denver.

Beautiful place despite the improvement construction project. Love the walk ways and all the shady places to rest. It's so pretty at night as well!
